Mindless eating, check. I also just don't ever seem to get to over-stuffed if that makes sense, or at least it takes a looong while. It's like my "full" button is broken.

I have started using the calorie counter app for my phone. You can scan barcodes and such and it puts all the info in the right place.
Of course, as always, the biggest hurdle is sticking to the program. I may even face the scale tomorrow.
