And yes, I think about the "I feel so FREE" moment all. the. time. I wish I had an audio clip of it. Because her voice--you could just HEAR the glee in it. The total freedom that goes with being a kid on vacation. It wasn't just a happy kid, it was somehow more than that.

Ok people, it is a new day and I need your goals for TODAY. And since we are in different time zones, I am going to start asking (demanding) that we post our daily goals the night before. SO tonight (Thursday) before you logoff for the night, think about what your day looks like tomorrow and make a plan for it. Set your goals. And then post them.

For me, today:

--Water
--Track
--strength train
--cardio (this is my stretch goal for the day...it is an optional cardio day for me)
--mammogram (it's health related and I have had to reschedule it twice, so I am putting it in my daily goals!)

Let's go!
 
Yes, yes, yes! At the end of the day, come in and post and tell how your goals were for that day and then set your goals for the next day!

Tracked
Drank most of my water
Did weight class

Did not walk on treadmill - still fighting this cold. I'm dragging but it's not bringing me down! So most of my goals met - and while I hate not being on the treadmill - major training pressure - I was ready to fall over yesterday. Sorry for all the "-"!!! My brain is on sick.

Ok, as Erika is asking (no, demanding! ;)) goals, here are mine for today:

Water
Tracking
Pilates dvd - Im trying this for the first time!

Nice and simple!

Yesterday progress:

Water - drank 2 litres
Tracking - tracked everything, including the piece of chocolate I found in the fridge!
Walking 40 minutes each was in the snow - done!

Liz - hope you feel better soon, I feel like im getting the start of a cold too :mad:

Ronda - Love the funky nail polish!

Im sure theres tons more stuff I want to comment on, but my eyes hurt!

Yes Lisa visit in March. It is snowing and everybody is in a panic. Goals - 40 oz before I leave work and track calories today. Gym is closed so I will be creative in the walking dept

I did my last treadmill run before the half on Saturday. We had another helping of snow last night and I have nowhere left to put it. I expect the airport will be back to normal when we leave tomorrow. Southwest has cancelled today's first two flights to Orlando.

Drink lots of water.
Get a good night's sleep.

Ronda--your goals are SPOT ON. No one ever tells you that tapering makes you crazy. So yes, just breathe and remain calm. Seriously, once you get there and get to the Pop meet, the energy will be AMAZING. And then you will feel great!

Save travels if I don't get to see you again before you leave! We will all totally be cheering you on! (And thanks so much for your offer. I am all set and a wonderful WISHer will be getting my race stuff for me.)

I have not been on the boards, my dad had is bypass this week so I have been busy with that and trying to catch up at work.
