Ok people, it is a new day and I need your goals for TODAY. And since we are in different time zones, I am going to start asking (demanding) that we post our daily goals the night before. SO tonight (Thursday) before you logoff for the night, think about what your day looks like tomorrow and make a plan for it. Set your goals. And then post them.
For me, today:
--Water
--Track
--strength train
--cardio (this is my stretch goal for the day...it is an optional cardio day for me)
--mammogram (it's health related and I have had to reschedule it twice, so I am putting it in my daily goals!)
