In Search of My Body - Not the One I Ate, VOL 7! Princesses? Nope, just us Goddesses!

Pedi. How relaxing. I just got my @ss kicked by Erin. Great workout, in a twisted sorta way :thumbsup2

Lyz - I saw that rain on the radar this morning - it's headed our way. I'm actually looking forward to a nice rainy day.

Paula - what kind of cookies did you bake? Seth just sent me an email requesting that I send him a few things and said "some food would be nice too"

So jealous of the ped Erika...

Nancy - glad you had a great workout. It is twisted that we are happy when we get a good butt kicking from our trainers. Strange... I made chocolate chip and chocolate chip / peanut butter chip cookies. Tonight I am making my apple bars.

Gosh Cammie is cute Erika. Wonder where she gets that? :lmao::lovestruc

Okay - youtubing.

I ADORE Pat Benatar. Like ADORE. Like my world. Anyway, wasn't even looking for her today. Was doing my Sinead kick (love her!).

Was looking up wedding songs for someone on the DIS - I love Dreaming my Dreams (The Cranberries) and Song for a Winter's Night (Sarah McLachlan /Lightfoot). So I'm on there and I thought what song do I adore and haven't heard for a long time.

Hmmm. I Shall Believe (Sheryl Crow) and looksies whats me found.

Oh boy. Isn't music great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:lovestruc

Well sort of. I stupidly put on Oprah today. Don't even ask. And then because I had Ms. Benatar on the mind I think the two meshed into crap into my head. I remembered that I spent practically an entire grade (seven?) playing Ms. Benatar's Hell is for Children over and over at full volume at lunch. Unconscious living at its best. Sighing. I'm sure only my warped brain can follow what I just wrote. Some days just suck. And I'm simply going to have to deal with that reality. And I'm forty two for God's sakes. Don't care that I'm 42 - just venting about "over and over" crap. Don't even try to follow.....

Okay fa la la. La la la.....

Paula - any of my comrades that have noticed your glow - are any of them single males? ;):goodvibes

Lisa--I totally followed your post. :lmao: Should I be scared?? :rotfl2:

13 hours! Very excited now. The kids are sensing mine and Jeff's excitement. Having a helluva time getting them settled tonight and they don't even know we leave tomorrow!

Ok, so I have a confession to make. I am not Catholic, so I don't go to confession. But this is surely worthy, so here I go...

The MIL drama. I am taking her tomorrow and she will fly down with us. We are flying Southwest, which as you know has open seating. So, at the exact 24 hour mark, I log on to the computer and print our boarding passes. Just mine and the girls. We are in Boarding Group A. Then I waited a couple of hours and called my MIL and asked her if she wanted me to print hers for her. Which of course she did. So she is in Boarding Group B.

Yes, I totally did it intentionally. Yes, I am sure it was a quite rotten thing to do. But in my defense....

She has been saying all week, "Well I can sit with Cammie and you can sit with Kelly..." NO. I want to sit with both of my girls. We have been planning this. Plus, since the plane sits three across, it works perfectly. We don't have to have some stranger sitting there with us. AND my girls are tiny. So their two tiny bodies plus me makes for a very comfortable flight.

Now, I am not saying that MIL has to sit on the back of the plane or anything. She can be right across the aisle. Or right in front or behind us or whatever. But I'll be damned if she is taking one of them away from me for the flight. I have already caved on a lot and I just didn't want to cave on this. And sure, this was totally a passive aggressive move, but my MIL INVENTED passive-aggressive, so I am usually on the receiving end of these types of moves.

So go ahead and dole out my penance. I am sure it will be steep...

Did you notice? OMG--AFTER HOURS PARTY. IN EPCOT. DURING FOOD & WINE. This is SO exciting!!!

Paula - any of my comrades that have noticed your glow - are any of them single males? ;):goodvibes

Sadly - no... Still working on that one. :rotfl2:

Do you know what I noticed on all of that? 2-person relay option.

Kat - that is what I noticed too... Sounds like a fun race though.

Not much going on here tonight. Cold and generally miserable. Thankfully, the headache that developed this afternoon went away before my workout. I can't imagine keeping up with Jesse's orders with a pounding not quite, but almost migraine raging. Apple bars are baked and are safely ensconced (along with the cookies) at my sister's apartment. No sugar temptations for me - yeah!!!

I am crashing soon. Its been a long week!

Erika - safe travels tomorrow. As for your MIL's boarding pass, I would of asked for the advance boarding sleeve for her so that you could all board early and have your pick of seats. Tell her the girls prefer to sit with you and that's that. At this point, you have to do what you need to do to get through the experience right? Have fun and let us know how you are all doing down there...

Shall I edit my top post - oh I just don't know!!!!:lmao:;)

Should I cutie? :rotfl:

Ok. Was that just a *tad* evil? Perhaps. But did she ever ask you to print her boarding pass? Did she ever verbalize that she needed help with that? Maybe you and the girls can take 2 seats on one side of the aisle, and one of you *save* either one opposite you or in front of you where the other 2 are already parked. Then, when she gets on the "seat saver" can jump back with the rest of the family. That way, you win by sitting with your girls AND placing her strategically near yet separated.

FUN!

I swear I quoted some other stuff. Don't know where it went though. :confused3 Operator error perhaps?

SNOWED here today. (insert string of curse words here). One of my friends posted a picture of her 3 kids and their snowman that they built. Really. Freakin' insane.

I've had a headache most of the day as well. Of course, it started well after my beating from Erin. She broke out the kettle bells :sad1: A whole new form of torture has begun....

heading to bed. SO glad tomorrow is Friday. I have nothing. NOTHING planned for Saturday until the evening, when Becca has to be at school to sing the National Anthem for the homecoming game. (soccer. under the lights. We don't have a football field of our own...)

LOL!!! That was the first thing I looked for. Scaredycat.

Oh, you are bad bad bad. BUT - you had to do what you had to do. I'd have done the same thing. The whole world does NOT revolve around your MIL.

I like Nancy's plan. Arms length away. Hope you don't get busted.

Have a super duper time and I'll be thinking of you AND expecting your live trip report so I can gush at what a great time your having and be all pitiful for myself.

:rotfl:

Yeah, this plan.

Tired. Got alot done today. Tomorrow is busy too.

Yeah, Nancy's plan is what I had in mind all the time...figured we would just put her across the aisle. But then she got it in her head that she wanted to sit with Cammie. So I had to take matters into my own hands! So yeah, I am pretty sure this move canceled out all of the heaven points I earned from taking her in the first place.

And OF COURSE I will do my live trip report complete with pictures! Do you KNOW me??? :rotfl2:

1:20 and am heading to bed! All packed and ready to go! I will have my iPhone with me and will be checking in and texting!

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE!

The weather here is craptastic. Cold, wet....snow. BLEH. Every muscle in my body is sore this morning after my session with Erin. I'm really ticked that I let myself get so out of shape.

Off to the gym in a moment here, then work. On the agenda for today: Chocolate Chip Cookies, Pumpkin pies, carrot cakes. :lovestruc plus who knows what else.

Have a great trip Erika! Hope your flight is uneventful. I'll be living vicariously (and warmly) thru you.

Don't worry. First time you take her purse through security you're back on track. You start earning bonus points again with the shoes.

Have a great trip. Looking forward to the reports. I'm very jealous.
