KAT!!! Long time, no post!
I read all the time. I guess I have somewhat been in lurking mode lately. I don't have that much to say...
Plus I have been really terrible with my eating habits so I think that makes me less likely to post.
E, take me off the challenge please. It is making me feel worse.
I am baby stepping my way back onto the wagon... this week I have at least hit the gym twice and am planning on hockey today. I have been good with lunches, but dinners and evenings have been a wash. This week and next have too many going-away lunches to really try to leap back on the wagon, but I am going to try to do what I can to mitigate the damage, then WDW...

Sam got her schedule and zac got a postcard from his teacher! So they are getting set just have to finish well start school shopping.

11 miles in the book. And it was completely unlike my long run last week. I felt like total crap after that one. After this one...fine! The difference was that I fueled along the way. My coach has me fueling (eating) for any run that lasts longer than 60 minutes. It is VERY weird to eat while you run, I tell ya. But it really made a huge difference in how I felt.
I'm totally sneaking this time in as it is, if you kwim. Wink wink.
