Stacey--you never have to worry about ranting here...that is what we are here for! Sorry for your lack of energy. Of course, you know what my advice is going to be...exercise!

Seriously though, it is well known that adding regular exercise into your daily and weekly routines will result in more energy.
I am sure, though, that you are just feeling the result of months of hard stress. The wedding, the move, the family health issues, etc. You have had more than your share of "major life changes" recently, so it only make sense that it will all catch up with you.
Are you drinking your water? That could also be the culprit. Lack of fluids leads to lack of energy.
Kat--what happened at the interview???
As for me--good work-out today. Did the 2 mile beach walk this morning, and then later I did a 14 mile bike ride plus some strength training. That all felt good.
BUT...I took the kids to see Wall-e today (it was good...though not as great as the other Pixar movies) and shared their onion rings and french fries! Aaargh! (This movie theater has table service as well...it is actually a really cool set up.) But I am ticked at myself. There was no reason to cave like that. I had a great food day going in to this, I wasn't hungry...it was just, I don't know, there.
I am trying to look at the silver lining here, though. Afterwards (for about an hour or two), I felt just awful. Definitely not worth it. So maybe this will stay in my memory and I will be less likely to indulge next time.
Ok, time to get the kids in bed. Then, if I am on my game tonight (and I feel good right now), then I can actually get completely caught up with work tonight. That would feel awesome!
So, I'll be around most the night. Hope to see more of you check in.
Ahem,
Dawn....how was your WW weigh-in???
