In search of my body...not the one I ate! Part Deux... We sit at the popular table!

I have gone through the rainbow....red,orange, yellow, green, blue, purple. None of 'em will work. What do I do now???

What about an even darker green. Darker than the basil?

What kind of art work are you hanging? I'm assuming it's only a sink and toilet, so no tile color to work off of. But maybe you should be matching with art instead of "other" wall colors.

And I don't think it'd be too drab to use the basil in there. Just need an interesting clencher. Like one wall covered in silk or bamboo or a mural.

I love Benjamin Moore paint. Our local BM dealer retired years ago and we have to go to Columbus to purchase it. It's just easier to get SW.

Vicki - zebra print. Me likey. Need pics. My dream house will have zebra print somewhere. Course I'm gonna have a closet like Kimora Lee:lmao: . I dream BIG!!!

3DK, Your house is beautiful. I'm no help with paint color. When we moved in 2 years ago, this house was stark white-every single room. My kids picked the colors of their rooms,(taupe with one dark brown wall-turquoise bedding, taupe with a deep green with blue specks like sand? and my middle son picked quiksilver 'cuz he liked the name LOL. It is actually a steely blue color and looks good with black) my DH picked the game room (blue from a pottery barn catalog cover -I did black wood furniture and some zebra print and black and white pix of the kids in black frames- my fav. room in the house) and our bedroom- a warm goldy color. The rest of the house is Laura Ashley taupe #3Because I couldn't decide LOL. It's a nice color, and at least 5 of my friends now have taupe#3 someplace in their house.
Jodi,
My nephew is allergic to wheat (he does have celiac's, though). Our Kroger, Central Market, and Whole Foods all have pretty good selections of alternatives- He enjoys the "rice" mac and cheese, and spaghetti, frozen pizza, potato rolls, etc. They all say wheat free products. They tried several brands of bread, he said one is not as awful as the others. He eats sandwiches on the rolls. I cannot recall the brands, sorry. I can check if it will help. He also eats corn chips, corn tortillas.
I'm doing pretty good on food choices, drinking lots of water, limit 1 Dr. Pepper a day- I'm addicted. 1 is good. Today I met a friend for lunch, did great, grilled chicken salad from Logan's steak house- Do y'all have Logan's?
They have the best rolls. I didn't eat one or 2. I was good. But then, I drove through Sonic- to get my one Dr. Pepper and ordered a #8- cheese sticks. Just because I always do. I felt so stupid, I wasn't even hungry, It's just a really bad habit. Luckily I was going to a friends house who has 13 year old twins. They ate them.
Vicki
Hey Vicki if you have time to ask him it would be great to get the name of some brands. I really appreciate the help. I have been looking at the local stores and finding little things here and there.

3D thanks for the offer to speak with them and I know what you mean. I just wish I would have talked this over with other people before. I think we are going to see what the realitor comes up with for market value and go from there. If we don't think it is going to sell right now, we would refinance at a lower rate then rent it out until the market gets stonger.
Right now I don't think Lyle is interested in doing anything nice for his brother he is a little pissed off on how he is acting and treating us.
The inlaws will get over it and hopefully see we did nothing wrong. We have been good to them our whole marriage and never had any problems before.

I wish I could help you with your color choices, but it took me forever to make a decision on my colors, I get brain overload and can not process a thought.:scared: I need to repaint and am dreading it. Good luck, I am sure you will make the right choice. I think you house looks great right now.

Well, I am off to the gym, my bad knee & ankle are bothering me so I need to do the bike or elipical machine, it does not bother them as much as walking does. Ghee trying to do the right thing and lose weight is sure hard on the body, (joints) it makes you want to give up when they hurt all night and then makes it hard to walk the next day. I guess it would only get worse if I stay heavy. Choices HEAVY - PAIN -HEAVY - PAIN

Ok, here is my house again....

In the living room, you can see the dark green accent wall. The other wall look white, but are sage green.

livingroom1.jpg

Same for the dining room. One accent wall (the wall with the wine rack...it is actually darker than it looks in the pics) and the other walls are the sage. This is a good pic of the trim, so you can see what colors might work with it.

Diningroom1-1.jpg

Erika - I have my thinking hat on and will come up with a color for you. Initially, I like the idea of going with something in the orange family when you mentioned it, but that is a tough color to find the right shade in. My other thought is still brown, but something darker like a chocolate or a sable brown and not taupe since you have used that elsewhere in the house. You could then use towels and artwork that pick up on the greens from the rest of the first floor rooms (think sage, forest, prints of the rocky Maine coast with pine trees, etc.) Another option would be to find the right gray (maybe a slate gray or a charcoal gray with a green base). That may be a little harder to find the right shade, but not as hard as the orange.

In general, I favor the idea that with an open floor plan, the colors of the rooms should be complimentary to eachother otherwise, it looks a bit disjointed. When do you need to make your decision and notify the painters? If you can give me a day or two to pull some paint chips, I may have some color options for you. Sounds like you prefer Ben Moore paints (they tend to be my go to brand for paints too...).

Just let me know,
Paula

Hi All!

I am feeling a bit better today, thanks! :grouphug:

First, I woke up and felt AWFUL. Nights on end without enough sleep, etc. So I was really foul this morning when I woke up. And I battled myself again in my head about how long I was going to run.

Honestly, I cam REALLY close to bagging it this morning. Just not working out or running. Somehow, I got myself out of that place. And get this....

I ran 7 miles!

That is my record so far in terms of distance. I am really proud of myself. :goodvibes I ran at the beach...and I was sore while running from my boot camp work-out yesterday, but those were different muscles than my running muscles, so I wasn't worried about risk of injury.

And up next...a pedicure! Leaving right after this post. I have about a million things that I should be doing, but dammit, I am going to take care of me for a bit.

I was at Border's Books the other day (my MAJOR weakness...blew through $160 in about 20 minutes....:rolleyes1 I know Liz can relate.) and I bought this book based on title alone (you had me at hello!) The title of the book is "Skinny B*tch." No lie. That is the name of it. And the sub-title is "Stop Being a Moron and Start Getting Skinny."

I am thinking...I love this book already! The titles of the chapters are great, too. Like there is one chapter all about nutrition labels on food packages, and they call the chapter, "Government Agencies Don't Give a Sh*t About your Health." And yet another chapter...for when you are whining and complaining called, "Don't be a pu$$y." These women wrote this book FOR ME. This is how I operate.

I'm telling ya, I haven't read a single page yet and it is already my favorite book! :lmao: It has been on the NYTimes Best Seller List (#1), so maybe this is old news to you. But once I read it, I will happily send it to anyone who wants it.

As for the paint...THANKS for all of the help and advice. I will listen to anything you want to send my way...Thanks Paula! Sounds like this is a real talent of yours! So not mine. I have a day or two before I have to decide.

Ok...pedicure time! :cool1:

Which reminds me...Lyz....car pics? How do you like it? And have you has to gas it up yet???

I have gotten gas. In Ohio it's right under $4. The tank is 7 gallons bigger, so now I'm paying $88 to fill it up, vs. $60! Now, I don't know if I will have to fill it up more than the car, or once per week agerage like before. Time will tell.

Well...you all know what an Explorer looks like, so here's the one I will post.

Ha! Dork. I know. That is my real smile. My eyes close almost shut when I smile, and my sister Emily and I were hysterical! I kept making her take them again and again till I was happy.

I ran 7 miles!

That is my record so far in terms of distance. I am really proud of myself. :.

Book sounds good. I'll have to get it. I know the stars were reading it.

Here is a pic of Molli today. I'm anxious to hear her reaction to Jr. High. Of course she'll probably only share a little bit. Losing my baby.

72141DSC00483_642_x_855_Mol-med.jpg

I don't know why the quality is so bad. I wish I could find a camera that just took good pictures, all the time, in any setting.

Lyz--totally cute pics! And your face looks THIN! (Yeah, you love me, I know! :lmao: ) Molli looks great, too. Love the colors in your house.

Ok, the book....HI LAR IOUS like nothing else! OMG! I started reading it during my pedicure and had to put it away because I was laugh SO HARD and people were looking at me and I just couldn't stop laughing. Liz and Lyz in particular, both of you will love this. And Kat...yes, a must read for you as well. You will LOVE it. There is lots of great info. in it on weight and food and eating, etc. But you know, it is so funny it is worth reading even if you don't care about all of that.

I have to get mulching my landscaping. Bleh.

Seems like tonight's conversation is all about houses.... Between those that are trying to get rid of one (without ticking off the rest of the family), renovating or building one...

So - for those who are renovating or building, I am remindin you all that I am an architect / construction manager and am willing to help where I can. And Erika - if you send pictures, I am pretty good at selecting colors and coordinating finishes.... have you thought about browns, blacks, grays or even some shades or red or green to go with the natural wood trim instead of sticking to strictly earth tones.... just a thought...

Oooohhhh! I totally forgot that you could be such an awesome resource! Now you will be sorry, as I bombard you with opinions on things! ;)

No they did not lose there jobs, they just lived way above there means. Huge credit card issue and lots of high living.

The money was to help pay some of his credit cards off and get him started making better choices so he could get on his feet faster and buy the house back. Not sure what he did with the money though. Like I said dumb move on our part we can't blame anyone else but us..

Thanks for all the support and listening guys, I will get back to talking about more happy and fun things promise. :flower3:

I am off to bed to sweet dreams to all...

WOW, you are such good people to have done this for them. I am sorry they have taken this money and not used it they way it should have been used. And, I am so sorry they are anything but grateful!

Can I just say something? Just directed in general? Why do people think they are entitled to a dream house? Sure, if you work hard you can save and build a house of your choosing, but this idea that everyone is entitled to their dream house...it's silly. Any home that is safe for you and your family IS a dream, so many people around the world and in our own communities don't have that. But racking up credit card debit and thinking you should have that stuff and lifestyle and your dream house and taking from people who are living within their means and working hard...it's not right.

Okay, off my soapbox!

I scored. It fit and looked good.

Yeah! :cool1:

EriKa, sorry you are so exhausted. Can you sleep in on Sunday morning? With your mom and dad out of the country, you don't HAVE to be at church. I do better when I know I will get some sleep eventually.

You're a girl after my own, bad-church-going, heart.

ohhh, brown, like my best friend chocolate.

Hehehehe! Chocolate! I did put my bikini top on top of my pile of chocolate. Because it matches the brown so pretty! AND, I labeled it "Grownup Chocolate" so no one tries to feed the good stuff to my child. She can have the milk, I want the dark.

Jodi--this is a travesty! I am just boiling for you on this one!

You are already a better person than me for feeling sorry for SIL. I am sure it was her dream home....but COME ON! You do not get to live in your dream home unless you can AFFORD it!!! Hello?!?!? I would like to spend several MONTHS a year in a 2-br DVC....but guess what? I am not gazillionaire! So I can't do it. Do I go around blaming others for not giving me money so that I can live in my dream place????

Word, sister. WORD!

Your realtor is correct...they are absolutely delusional. Seriously whacked. And sorry to say it, but your in-laws are not far off either. How they cannot see this is beyond me.

PLEASE have them call me! :lmao: I will explain it to them in not-so-complicated terms if you catch my drift! Sorry...I just hate injustice.

And what the hell??? They can afford to pay rent somewhere else and not to you? WHAT???? Who are these people? What planet are they on?

Just a thought that might help reconcile this situation (down the road...it will be a while before there are no bad feelings....). If you and Lyle can swing it, don't sell the house, but rent it out (to someone willing to actually pay rent, of course). And that way, if BIL and SIL ever get their sh*t together and get enough money to buy it back, then that option is still there.

You can spin it this way...tell them that since they are moving into a smaller/less expensive place, they can start saving money so that they can get financing, etc. and buy the house back. Thus, they don't feel like they are "losing" the house. But rather, they are just not living in it until they can afford it. It will still be there waiting for them when they are financially ready. It might help to soften the blow. Just a thought.

I feel for you, though....money and family is never a good mix.

And with this economy, who can manage that amount of extra payment going out the window?? Did anyone watch NBC nightly news last night? Brian Williams said that by the end of THIS summer, gas will be close to $6.00/gal. That is truly life-changing. No one will get in their cars without really thinking, "do I need to go to this place?" I am terrified of what is happening. But that is all way off topic here.

I know, that is super crazy, the gas prices. But my inlaws in Dublin, Ireland, pay that now...and they just sort of deal with it. Take more trains, maybe.

Which reminds me...Lyz....car pics? How do you like it? And have you has to gas it up yet???

And the airline industry! How am I going to get to Disney all the time????

I know, right??? I really better book my flight!

Hi All!

As for the paint...THANKS for all of the help and advice. I will listen to anything you want to send my way...Thanks Paula! Sounds like this is a real talent of yours! So not mine. I have a day or two before I have to decide.

I don't know why the quality is so bad. I wish I could find a camera that just took good pictures, all the time, in any setting.

OMG YOU ARE SO FREAKING CUTE! Look at you, in your cute car! With your cute license plate! Did you lose weight? It sure looks like it!

Lyz--totally cute pics! And your face looks THIN! (Yeah, you love me, I know! :lmao: ) Molli looks great, too. Love the colors in your house.

I have to get mulching my landscaping. Bleh.

I have some MAJOR yard work to do tomorrow. We have to measure to get fill to even out the backyard...then we have to do that evening out! But meanwhile, I have to weed, Nick has to spray LOTS of weed killer - our neighbors do not maintain their side lawn and it's a mess. I have beds around the back to pull out, trees to trim, bushes, flowers...it's insane. But one day it will look nice. I hope.

Our other exciting weekend plans are doing the little tiny things that polish the kitchen...molding on top of the cabinets, finally. One piece of floor trim. Trim repainted. Fun stuff. But again, it will all look really nice. And it needs to get done before we embark on the downstairs bathroom gutting, because I want the little ends tied up first before walls come down. We all know walls coming down is WAY more exciting, so the boring chores from the last remodel have to be done first before the super fun stuff starts!

On the food front, I found these great chicken sausages at Costco -yummy, low fat - and paired them a roll and taboule on the side for dinner tonight. Only 5 WW pts, low calorie, and filling!

/
So I went yesterday with my mom and Dh to choice colors of the house and counter tops and flooring and carpet choices. I wasn't impressed with the limited colors that they had.
I brought DM because she love interior design.

So here is what I rather We picked:

Outside vinyl: cypress green
Shutters : wineberry it is a deep maroon (god I hope it looks good together when it's all together. I only had swatches to go by.

Foyer flooring: some type of interlocking tiles that are made to look like slate.
Living room: Natural oak wood
Stairs: stone dust carpet a cross between grey and brown very neutral.
Master bed the same as stairs.
Family room dining room and kitchen all the natural oak floors.
I have laminates in both baths for now, I don't know kinda wish that the house would come empty and I could go to Lowe's and pick everything out myself. She keep telling me that we going to go over budget and I just figured it out that if I bought the Wood flooring at lowes it is only 3900 and that was for the WHOLE HOUSE interested to see what.

House comes with primed white walls. So I will be needing everyones help when it comes.:flower3:

Oh the drama of building

Cute Pictures Lyz, it is nice to faces, your daughter is aborable, she is going to be a heart breaker. I know how you feel when they are starting the Big Jr. High you want them to stay little. This morning Hanna 16 came in and snuggled with me, I love it we talk, laugh, I mess with her hair, just lay there and bond. :lovestruc

Well, I to have tons of yard work to do today, our weeds come from the ditchs around the fields  it is really nice out a little windy but good working weather. I have to go to the chiroprator first my neck & low back are a little out of place, but thats ok it just means I am working hard. I did do 45 Min. on the elipical Machine yesterday. I am going to do weights after the Chiro appt. then head home to tackle my yard.

Two of my kids are gone this weekend, DS up north at my brothers cabin for fishing, DD is going to a cabin in WI with a friend and there family. My youngest Sara is staying home with me, I think she is inviting friends over to camp out. We have one party to go to this evening at the neighbors, I love cook outs.

I hope everyone else has a fun and safe weekend.

good luck to everyone who is doing home impovements, someday I would love to finish all of ours.

Jodi, . What a mess! I am so sorry that you and your husband are having to pay for others' mistakes, just for being good people and trying to help them out.

Erika, sorry you have had some motivation problems. I may need to check out that book.

Lyz!! You are so pretty! And Molli is adorable.

Liz, I still owe you some 14s.

Well, I did what I said I wouldn't do and stepped on the scale this morning. Not too bad, really. I will post the "official" weight gain on Friday once I have had a few days to detox.

I promise to be around more.

went to the gym did 45 mins on Elipcal and some weights. Trying to add more in my routine. Question for the day: How come everyone says you are suppose to feel energized and good if you work out? I am exhausted my butt muscles are killing me, I even took a nap today. But I am sliming down, just feeling. :)

Hi All! Hope you are all enjoying this awesome week-end. The weather here is gorgeous! Yesterday I didn't post at all on this thread!!! Is that some sort of record? Must be. :lmao: We were busy all day yesterday with baseball games and this bathroom re-model (we are doing three at once, remember).

Today...I will run after this post and get in a core workout. Then, the rest of the day will be spent mulching my landscaping and planting my annuals and cleaning my house. OMG, it is a disaster. (Not Jeff's version of a "disaster" - which is like one glass on the counter....) but an actual all-out disaster. The painters are only a fraction done, so of course their crap is everywhere. And all of my pictures are off the walls and stacked up....drop cloths covering the entire dining room....that kind of thing. A lot of it can't be helped, of course, but the floors are just GROSS so I need to at least get those taken care of.

KAT--welcome back! Please give us the highlights. And you have almost a whole week to get those Disney pounds off...and when you put them on fast like that, you also take them off fast. I bet you will back to where you were in no time!

JODI
--you are turning into one of us exercise freaks! Welcome to the dark side, baby! :rotfl2: Yes, aches and pains can come with the territory, especially in the beginning.

STEPH--sounds like you are making progress on the house! Good for you! Can't wait till we can start seeing pics. That is the nice thing about a modular. It will be up in NO time. Have they given you a move-in date yet? I mean, expect to get off schedule of course, but it is nice to at least have a clue when it will be ready.

DAWN--it has been DAYS, girl! Where are you??? Hope is all is well.

LIZ and LYZ - Miss you two! We need to all get into chat at some point soon. LIZ...when is your next WW weigh-in?

PAULA--Hope you are getting some awesome golfing in this week-end! Stay focused on your plan...you have been doing GREAT with the walking this last week, so keep it up! I WILL be doing my core work-out today (After taking Friday and Sat. off from core.)

NANCY--the play was this week! How did it go? Did you finish all of the costumes on time? Did they look awesome? And where are the pics?

Oh here is some news I haven't yet shared...I bought Jeff and I his & hers bikes for Father's Day! I am in PAIN that I cannot use mine till then! (June 15th, for those that need to know.) I am so excited! Nancy, I went with hybrids that are made to take skinny road-bike wheels as well. So...one bike and two sets of wheels for us both. Seemed like a good and economical way to go right now. Of course I wanted one of each type of bike, but just can't go whole hog right now. See, we go camping A LOT in the summer, and we want to be able to bike with the kids. Can't do that with a road bike. And we also just want to do some family rides around here, so a hybrid is needed for that as well. We have an amazing specialty bike shop here in town, so they set me up well. We talked at length about my goals and the bikes I actually bought are called "fitness bikes" since they are most often used for cross-training, etc. And he said that you see tons of these types of bikes in events, etc. so I can still do a mini-triathalon if I want to. The bike is definitely appropriate for that.

Enjoy the rest of the week-end!

No working out today, but I did do tons of lawn work, pulling weeds, mulching, planting, moving lawn, tilling up ground for pumkin patch, cleaning out garage and picking up dog pooh, so I guess I did a good day of working my muscles. Our gym is closed Mon, so I will be walking and doing my ball work at home. We have more rocks to pick so I am having some friends kids come over in the morning along with Sara to help. It should take quite a few hours to get them all pick. Nothing else new everyone must be busy with there family today, not much action on the boards. I hope all is well, Talk Soon Jodi:)

OMG YOU ARE SO FREAKING CUTE! Look at you, in your cute car! With your cute license plate! Did you lose weight? It sure looks like it!

Thanks. But I am gaining weight. I am hidden behind a car! Anyone would look small-ish.

I am down. Deep down. Gaining weight and can't seem to get in control. Today I just felt so, ARRRRRRGH. Like I could take off someones head. Plan on sleeping in tomorrow then giving my house a good scrubbing. If it gets under control I'll feel somewhat better. Need to mop and clean up guts from a big spider I killed like 2 weeks ago, up high and just haven't bothered to get the step stool out. Stuff like that. I'm in the mood to purge junk, but overwhelmed at the actual "act of." KWIM?

I don't do the yard work. Hubby does that. He mulched last weekend. Everything looks so nice and fresh. He doesn't plant flowers, we have alot of green. Our Hosta's get to be the size of small countries.

So here is what I rather We picked:

Outside vinyl: cypress green
Shutters : wineberry it is a deep maroon (god I hope it looks good together when it's all together. I only had swatches to go by.

Oh the drama of building

Sounds like pretty great selections. Who keeps telling you you're going over budget. The salesperson or your mom?

Cute Pictures Lyz, it is nice to faces, your daughter is aborable, she is going to be a heart breaker.

I hate/love that she is growing up. I want so much for her.

Well, I did what I said I wouldn't do and stepped on the scale this morning. Not too bad, really. I will post the "official" weight gain on Friday once I have had a few days to detox.

I promise to be around more.

Ohhh, what is the official Disney gain? Glad your back here. Sorry your back to work tho. Are you refreshed?

NANCY--the play was this week! How did it go? Did you finish all of the costumes on time? Did they look awesome? And where are the pics?

I wanna know too?

Does Jeff know you got bikes?

Last night we went to the big city (Cincinnati this time) and I hit a Barnes & Noble and they were out of Skinny Witch. I was so hoping for it. I'll probably be in Columbus this week, so can pick it up there. Sounds really good.

Alright. Got to get to work so I can go home. Later All.

EriKa, did you catch up on any sleep?

It's done - it was AWESOME! Only one minor (ok, almost MAJOR) glitch...I'll tell you tomorrow. I love each and every one of the kids that I had the opportunity to work with, but boy will I be glad to have my life back! :goodvibes

YIPPEEE! I love my new bike... It's been a godsend - especially with the foot issues I've been struggling with!

Happy Memorial Day to each and every one of you.:goodvibes

Quick post....

No, Jeff does not know about the bikes. They will be a surprise for Father's Day.

Spent the day doing yard work and tomorrow we will hit the pool club for opening day.

Nancy--so glad the play went well (and equally glad for you that it is over!) And my purple is back! I usually only use the purple when I am quoting others so that it stands out from the quoted post.

Paula--I got it a core work-out today!

Lyz--about the book...ok, it is totally funny and I love it. BUT...now that I am half way or more through it, I have a warning. Basically, their advice is to become a vegan. :scared1: (even though I am a vegetarian, I had no idea that the book was going to advocate a veg. lifestyle.) I mean, I am a vegetarian, but going vegan seems way over-the-top to me. I will say, though, that their research seems really good and I am learning a lot. Just not sure where I am going to go with it. The plus side is that they only tell you to do it (vegan) for 30 days...and then you can treat yourself with something you have been missing, etc. Their line of thought here is that you will so great once your body is purged of toxins that you won't crave the crap anymore. Who knows?

I am thinking, though, that with Jeff gone for a while, it will be easier for me to focus on MY food and eating. If I don't have to cook a big family meal every night, then I can do what I want/need to for myself. So I am considering doing the vegan thing for one WEEK and see how it goes. Again, for me it won't be as much of a leap as it would be for those who eat meat. I think the authors' comment was something like, "You'll pee your pants when you see how much weight you lose from giving up dairy." :lmao: The book really is a fun read. If you don't want to buy it, I will be happy to send you my copy when I am done.

Sounds like pretty great selections. Who keeps telling you you're going over budget. The salesperson or your mom?

The sales person keeps telling us. We have now also talked to a different company and they are going to price out our house plans. This way we can see who is giving us what we want and for the better price. Also the new company has the color house that DH wants. are you ready for this my DH wants a purple house. well it is more like a periwinkle color, but still it is a purple.

I hate/love that she is growing up. I want so much for her.

I have one of those too she is going to be fourteen in july! It seems just like yesterday she was 1, with little pigtails because she didn't have any hair until she was three.

"You'll pee your pants when you see how much weight you lose from giving up dairy." :lmao:

I can say yes to this when I go on a low iodine diet for my thyroid cancer treatments I would loose about 10-15 pounds in a three week time period! EVERYTHING has iodine in it. I am very limited on what I can eat. No chocolate no dairy no butter(dairy)(butter that used to be a food group in this house!) very little meat 4oz a day. no processed food. nothing that would contain salt because most salts are iodized here in the states. no sea salt. very bland foods! YUCK! I used to dread doing the diet but always loved the results of the weight loss.

I took pictures of my land so here they are! Basically where the grass and sand meet is where we have cut back the trees and that is where the house will sit, when it comes.

No no date just heard that it takes 4-6 weeks after order is placed and company 1 said that she is known to place order a day or two before closing. So if we stay with company 1 closing will be in June mid to late in month. Hopefully by September we will be in it!

Lyz- Love the pictures. Molli looks adorable. Your smile is beautiful. Yes, I'm jealous with this mouth full of braces and I know I have let you all know that I had these things 30 years ago, so I want them off. You look great.

Erika- 7 miles, ::yes:: !

The dream job is a no go. not even offered an interview. Thanks for the thoughts, prayers and encouragement.

Stepanie, I agree. It is a beautiful site you are building on. Had you owned it for years or just purchased to put your home on? Very picturesque.

Heather, sorry your dream job is off the table. Sucks.
