Too much to do at work, but will fill you in on pictures, stories and such later today...

I stepped on the scale this morning and it was not good.... I need to get my big old butt up and exercising ASAP.... I am happy to be back on my normal routine now...

But I can't lie to you guys....the motivation here is because I fell off the wagon BIG time earlier this week and just CHOWED on pizza. Lots of pizza. :( It was a big cheat and I am really disappointed in myself (not because I made a mistake...I can handle that and I don't have to be a perfectionist, but for the reasons behind the cheat). And I have not been tracking my food....so...I am still far from doing all that I should on this journey.

I wanted to take new comparison pics of me this week, but TOM is in town and I am significantly bloated. I mean bad. I don't usually bloat like this, but I swear it looks like I have a baby bump right now! So pics will wait a few more days.

On a positive note, obviously my running is going well and I learned A LOT about some of my eating behaviors this week, so that should help from here on in.

Not to Fear Erika We will be here waiting for you!!! I think we were all tired last night and ready to crash! I wasn't even going to get on the computer last night,but I am a DIS ADDICT. I ended up working 3 hours past my scheduled time to watch a wonderful video on how to collect urine specimens for the DOT (department of Transportation) for drug testing . TWO HOURS of the same crap over and over again. HOW THRILLING!!!!
 
Oh Erika you will love this! I started to exercise yesterday! I did 10 mins of TAE BO, I still have the tapes from years ago. I tried the belly dancing I think you have to have some type of coordination for that and I am lacking in that department. I will keep working on them any is better than none.
As for the TAE BO today my arms are killing me. I will continue with it so it will get easier, Plus all the packing that I will have be doing my arms are in for a work out.

Well I am off to work!:( I should be on later ya know I gotta feed the addiction!!! I guess it is better than a food addiction.

Good for you! WOO HOO for getting started! I have a boxing class tomorrow that I can't wait for! Yes, anything is better than nothing. Can you get out and just walk for half an hour? Keep a good pace and that will be a help as well. If you want ANY workout DVDs just let me know. I have LOTS and will send you whatever you want (I can burn 'em).

Hi all. My day is better than yesterday. The flooding actually tore the asphault off the road. SO, now I have to detour 5-10 minutes out of my way. I am too efficient for that. What am I gonna do. GRRRRR.

Molli is out of town, so the hogs are now my responsibility for the next week. I did a whole pen cleaning this morning in the 80 degree humidity. Nothing like being hot and smelling like poo. Good times. (and I suppose it's some form of exercise.)
 
Yeah, 80. Snort! It is currently 94 here and is supposed to be 99 tomorrow. It was 87 when I got in my car this morning at 9AM!

This is my second whole day in a row sitting at my desk. Granted, I am *still* sitting at it, and the chances that I will get called between 2AM and 4AM tomorrow are VERY high, but hey, you can't have everything! :laughing:

We booked our Sept trip today... 9/7-9/12 at VWL (will likely stay through the 14th, though). I wanted to do Labor Day week but our use year begins in Sept so we didn't have the points to book 8/31.

Erika, you definitely need to track your food. I didn't know until last night that you weren't or I would have been on your case about it.

Oh, and if you do wind up living in Orlando and want to sell your points to someone, I think we are going to need to buy points for 2009 so maybe we can work out a deal...

Everyone who is here is of course welcome there as well. It is the On Track Thread and Liz started it to help me (cause she is an awesome friend and a weight loss goddess) because I so suck at tracking my food and hate it beyond words. So this is supposed to kick my a$$ into tracking. I am sure that is why I haven't lost in well, for-freaking-ever!

Kat - snorting at my hotness. Umm, some of us haven't lost more than 50 lbs and 80 feels like 92 with the skin to skin contact of my thigs. But of course I am only wearing jeans. I can't be seen in shorts.:scared1: So I guess it's, heavy jean, thick thigh, heavy jean, heavy jean, thick thigh, heavy jean. That's a whole lotta heat.

I bought a co-pilot bike for my bike today. (for reference - it's a bike for a youngster that has one wheel, seat, handle bars and pedal, that attaches to my bike.) I figured if Mad, Mol and I would be together at the office all summer, it wouldn't hurt to break up the monotny(sp?) with a bike ride downtown. Course Madeline is only 5, and being the uber-overprotective mom that I am, I would not be able to relax and let her ride alone. I'll let you know how it works out. But I gotta get a new seat for mine. That mother hurts like heck.

Anywhoo, when back to hubbys shop and put it together myself. I love using tools. And feeling independent. (just hope it stays together.)
 
Lyz, that is so cool! I have totally looked at those! Tell me how you like it. Greenie and her husband bought new bikes - road ones - and gave us their hybrids. Their "old" bikes are like 4 years old and in great shape, meticulously maintained. We are thinking about a trailer for Em, but she is turning four so how long is that going to be useful??? The family biking sounds nice, though.
 
Great news on the bike! DO the girls mind being at the office? Get those padded bike shorts that Nancy and I wear. They really do work.
