We have used both Kinder Care and Fairy Godmothers. Both charged about the same, with travel time added.
Our use with Kinder Care was for only the (at the time) 15-month-old and the sitter came with toys that had him crawling over the rest of us to get to her. He never cried when we left and that was unusual.
Our experience with Fairy Godmothers was great! When I called Kinder Care to confirm the time of arrival that day, I was told that they didn't have a reservation for us and had noone to send. So I called Fairy Godmothers about 5 hours before I needed someone and we were all set. She came with age appropriate toys for all three kids ages (at the time) 11, 5 and 3. All three kids had a wonderful time.
I can't hold Kinder Care's lack of a reservation against them, it was my travel agents fault, but at the same time I would have been left high and dry.
We won't have a need for in-room care now that the "baby" is old enough to go to the kid's clubs at the resorts. The Neverland Club provides dinner so that works better for us anyway. I'm not sure what we will do when DD12 turns 13!
I hope this information is helpful to you.
