In Process of Buying DVC

I am in the process of buying DVC resale for the fist time. The listings have been agreed with the owners and will be sent to Disney for FROR. So here's hoping they allow both to go through.

Seems to me like its a no brainer investing in DVC if you will continue to holiday at Disney as it can save people lots of money just wish I could have done it before now.

Just registered with Disboards.com so this is my first post and I am looking forward to reading lots about Disney here.

Bought 2 contracts equalling 370 points for Beach Club Villas. So looking forward to it in 2024. We have stayed there 3 times 2 x BC 1 Yacht Hotels. 1st time we went we stayed Art of Animation which was best holiday ever lol.

Just got news this morning Disney bought back our bid for 170 points at $140 pp for Beach Club.

We still have and offer in for 200 points for $152.75 pp for B/C but we hear they are buying back up to $162 pp so will have to wait and see if they buy this back or not.

So another 2 bids accepted by the sellers just need to wait on contracts then Disney's ROFR lol.

If they could somehow figure out how to extend BCV without running into the legal issues like with OKW, those points would be easier to sell than crack lol

woohoo got a 200 point for BCV contract at 4th attempt. Got ID and activation code during the night and have 199 point that were banked from last year by the previous owner. Only problem is we already have our holiday n=booked for July this year so may have them to rent out. Also going to try for GF buying direct we think will wait and see but so excited woohoo.
