In prep for T-giving at HH, some ?

Hi!

Although we have been to HH twice before, I can not recall if there was a CD player in the room (we will be in a 2 bdrm for the first time this trip). Does anyone know? This will be our first trip with more than just me, DH, and DD8, and DD 5. My parents and sister and fiance will be coming as well. I'm hoping some Christmas music will discourage the football games (my father is a bit of a television screamer when it comes to sports and I'm hoping to move him and his habits into the bedroom so the rest of us can enjoy the holiday in the family room). Don't want to lug along a CD player if there is already one there. Also, it's a VCR that is connected to the television (not a DVD), right? Gotta watch "Christmas Story" at some point....


And lastly, if anyone has had the resort's deep fried turkey and is willing to offer an opinion, I'd love to hear it. I've always read on these boards that it smells good, but rarely see anything from anyone who has tried it! Also, they say it feeds 6-8. Do you find that to be accurate? We'll have 8.

We were there a few weeks ago. There was no CD player in our room and there was a VCR - not a DVD player. We've never been there at Thanksgiving, so I can't help you with the Turkey question. Seems like Connears has been there at Thanksgiving - maybe he can help.
