Yes, he is. With Gram as his copilot, and she NEVER had a license in her life. She is a good backseat driver always has lots of advice for whoever is driving. They live very near to a small plaza that has Eat N Park and Walmart, that is about all they drive to (still not safe) and the doctors.

That's so cool that he's so active at his age.

I want to see The Blind Side when it comes on DVD.

Hi!
We got some snow today
DS got his first driving in ice going to swim practice this morning

We had a fun family day
We went to Jillian's (like Dave and Busters or an adult Chuck E Cheese) and bowled, then we went to the movies (Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs) cute, and then to dinner.

We got several inches of snow while doing those things, and ice....
the main roads were good though, clear, well salted

THe individual swim posters are finished
we are going to hang them tomorrow during the club time

They had curled a little from teh paint
so I had to IRON all of them!
They are pretty flat again, now
and we are going to hang them with duct tape

DH will need a very tall ladder tomorrow!

too cold to enjoy sled riding

I found it to be funny, a bit crude in spots
but also several very funny scenes

Happy Tuesday!

VERY COLD here.....enjoyable to sit inside and sip hot tea
not so fun to be out in it

DD13 doesn't agree, she went sledriding
I probably had five cups of tea today
I may float away

low key day for us
DS went to swimming at ten
the girls went at 12:30

then we played games in the afternoon
though DD13 left us to sled with friends

Used my new crock pot for chicken for dinner tonight

DH installed my new towel bar (that he and DS broke wrestling with each other a week or so ago)
and fixed the hole in the wall from the plumbing episode
just needs painted now

I did a little laundry

we didnt' get the pool posters hung
truck (need to take a ladder)
was making a noise and had to visit the garage
just a belt

DD10 is spending the night at a friends
she took a whole carload of stuff with her
AG dolls, stroller, new robe, new slippers, plus all the regular sleepover stuff

after swim practice

and then it will be new years eve!

It's 81 degrees in Puerto Rico today
I think today may be the day to bring up the suitcases
