In need of advice for May 2011

I'm planning a trip for next may for a party of 7. Most likely for the week of the 13th to the 20th.

I would appreciate advice and tips regarding crowds, weather & park opening times. I also have a couple of questions:

1-Will the DLH be completely remodeled by then?
2-When does Star Wars' reopen?

All good/bad & ugly experiences are welcome!

DLH not complete until 2012.

Star Tours 2 sometime in May. Often that means Memorial Day weekend so you may miss it. Same thing with the new Little Mermaid ride at DCA (see Disney California Adventure Project Tracker X ) . They could slip these to early June too but it would really surprising if they were not open by mid-June.

DLH will be mostly done. Probably by that time you won't be able to get an "old" room because if not done they should be working on what's left. The grounds though is much more a maybe as to if they will be done.

I thought about moving the trip to june but I don't like heavy crowds and since DH won't be coming with us, it's the perfect excuse to plan a trip for september!
