In general, what do you eat for breakfast most days?

Cereal?

Oatmeal?

Pastries?

Just coffee?

I eat leftovers. Could be steak. It could be Indian food. Whatever is there. This morning I had a nice bowl of chicken and lemongrass soup! :rotfl::thumbsup2

As gross as it sounds, I am not a coffee drinker and start my morning off with a Dr.Pepper. And then it's onto oatmeal or Cheerios. It's my version of the breakfast of champions! ;)

coffee first, then cereal or pastry. this morning i had pomegranate seeds in yogurt.

I usually bring oatmeal to work to eat. This morning a pumpkin spice muffin from 7/11 which I love and wait for them all year:laughing:

Peanut butter and jelly on whole wheat bread.

Oatmeal or cereal. I can't do any sort of 'lunch' food before about noon. Even then I get weird about it if I haven't had something earlier in the day.

Coffee with International Delight Southern Butter Pecan creamer.

Cereal, usually Special K Vanilla Almond, or Honey-Nut shredded wheat.

Some sort of fruit or juice, usually applesauce or a banana. Acidic juices like orange or grapefruit kill my stomach, so those are out. :(

On very rare mornings, I may have a bagel with cream cheese instead of the cereal, but only if I have one laying around. ;)

Now, if leftover pizza is available (and it usually isn't) all that goes out the window and I feast on cold pizza for breakfast. I  LOVE  cold pizza, especially Hawaiian, in the mornings. Odd, I know.

I typically eat some form of healthy cereal, sausage, and apple or orange juice on the weekdays. On the weekends I like to be bad and either have chocolate chip pancakes or french toast!

I hate coffee (even the smell of it), so Diet Pepsi is my caffeine of choice in the morning. Lately, I've been eating a Lean Pocket (but not the breakfast ones...the concept of frozen scrambled eggs makes me  ), a piece of fruit, and possibly a yogurt.

every day....three to four egg whites with oatmeal toast and a slice of cheddar cheese. I eat this at dinner to most of the time! I guess I live on egg whites!!

I know its awful and thankfully my children dont follow my lead, but I only have coffee for breakfast. The only time I eat breakfast is when were on vacation.:confused3

I'm just not hungry in the AM.

Uncooked rolled oats placed in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle honey onto oats while stirring until moist. Add cinnamon, all spice and nutmeg while continue to stir. Once fully mixed I stir in raisins, coarsely chopped pan roasted almonds and walnuts. Make enough at one time for 4 or 5 days and put in fridge.

For breakfast I put a large helping in a bowl and add plenty of freshly ground flax seed that has been ground in coffee grinder after adding cinnamon. Add a cored and sliced apple then top off with Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate chips.

I have a bowl any time I feel hungry and even for dessert.

When it is cold, I have Nutrigrain waffles and coffee. When it is warm, I have cereal and Diet Coke. On the weekends, I usually make pancakes or something for the family.

Me too, I just can't choke down food in the morning unless we're at Chef Mickey's. But these days I indulge in a giant 24 ounce no-fat milk WaWa decaf with a splash of regular hazelnut coffee with sugar... one of my friends calls it dessert coffee but I call it love

It's usually whatever I can eat driving to work, piece of fruit or a sandwich type food (toast/biscuit/englishmuffin/totilla with cheese or peanut butter or ham).

If I'm at home oatmeal or eggs.

Almost always have a milk or a milk/coffee drink as well.

usually a small glass of oj and either oatmeal or cereal (usually kashi go lean crunch or grapenut flakes, occasionally cheerios).

I love breakfast!

no coffee for me, never got into the habit.

In the winter I eat Oatmeal for breakfast, when it's warmer I usually just have fruit and toast

It runs the gamut from traditional breakfast foods to hamburgers. It depends on what time I get up, what is available and what I feel like. Today was leftover cheesy hashbrowns and ground beef left over from dinner. Yesterday was rice krispies which was also dinner the night before....hmmm...left overs again? :goodvibes

as a gastric bypass patient, i have a very particular way of eating, and after 5 1/2 years, i've realized i only eat two different things for breakfast:

1. 1/2 apple with 2 tbsp of natural peanut butter
2. slice of dry toast, 4 strips of pre-cooked bacon, 1/2 cup red grapes
