I've watched it several times trying to catch any slip ups. No ideas yet on how its done. At first I was thinking she had all the outfits on and just peeled one off at a time, but the hem lengths go from short to medium to long in parts.
**SPOILER ALERT** DON'T READ BELOW IF YOU DON'T WANT TO KNOW HOW THIS TRICK IS PERFORMED!
The clothes aren't what they appear - they're not just outfits, they're props as well. Instead of buttons and zippers, they're made with magnets and velcro. Easy on, easy off. The clothes "disappear" by misdirection, but the new outfits are actually hidden within the covering (apart from the dress that she wears at the end - that one is her former dress "transformed" via velcro and magnets.
It's a very cool trick and does take immense talent to do...but now you know how it's done.

Even though it's not "Magic", it must have taken quite a lot of time and effort to come up with the idea and then MAJOR amounts of time and effort to make it go so smoothly!
