I'm not sure if your guests will be needed tickets but maybe put the ticketing number on there just in case they want to purchase tickets for the parks??

The numbers we're giving them on a lamanted buissness card:

My number
DFi's number
WDW Weather number
WDW Dine (with the promp information)

On the backside of the card I'm going to have a grid with the weekend's park hours.

The only numbers I expect to get used are mine and those that will be entertained by the weather report. In my welcome letter I'll have information on what Guest Relations do, book dining, tickets, and all the other stuff.

Maybe this was mean of me, but I purposely didn't put my phone number on our welcome letter. I put my parents numbers and that was it. I figured that I had enough stress without random guests calling me because they were lost, or they were too hot, or it was too crowded, or because they were too lazy to read the rest of the letter...

I don't think it's mean at all. The only reason we're not giving out our parents numbers is because they'd have to call us and ask us where/how to get somewhere to do something. I thought it much easier to cut out the middle man. Most of our guests have never been to Disney before.

I was going to say the same thing - the last thing the bride needs in the days leading up to the wedding is to be playing tour guide/travel agent for all her guests.

I would say - if at all possible - give out the number of another family member or friend who is capable of giving directions, answering questions, etc. I see so many trip reports where the bride is pulled in a bazillion directions by all her guests before and after the wedding... :)

As for other important numbers to put on the card, how about the general WDW info number, the number for tours and recreation (1-407-WDW-PLAY), and maybe the numbers of the various hotels your guests are staying at?

This page lists a TON of phone numbers for WDW:

Those are great suggestions! Thank you!
What is the number for WDW Weather?
