Just called and they said just take the ticket order confirmation to any ticket window in the parks and we'll get the ap's. When I asked about getting a will call certificate like it says on my confirmation, she said to ignore that and just redeem the email at the ticket window. Either she didn't know what to do or they changed mailing the will call cert. because of all this nonsense.

Anyone else get the same response from them?

I was also told to take my confirmation to the Guest Services window to get my APs. I mentioned a will call certificate but she did not seem to know anything about them, probably something they started after correcting the problem. I'll be there this Sunday so we'll see how it goes.

I almost didn't post the information when I had the problem thinking the "glitch" had something to do with my account only, now I'm glad I did and that Credit Man got the news out.

I hope they work this all out. I can't believe this many people are having problems with ordering AP's. We plan to get our Vouchers in the Spring, so I sure hope it's fixed by then.

okay I'm confused! I ordered our passes through the DVC web site and we just received Exchange Certificates (4 green plastic cards) along with a letter in the mail. The letter says we present the certificates, our DVC Member ID card and a photo ID at any WDW Theme Park window and we'll receive our tickets.

Sounds like we're all set...can anyone else confirm that we've got what we need?

debbiebones - hello from Canton! After I called to find out why we hadn't received our vouchers and then gave them my DVC member number, we were finally mailed these green plastic cards. As far as I know, we present these cards (vouchers????), our DVC membership cards , and a photo ID at a Guest Services location to receive our actual PAPs. Do the biometric thing at the parks and we're good to go (or at least I hope so - I'll find out 2 weeks from Saturday).

I ordered my discounted tickets on the DVC website on January 6th and my credit card was debited immediately. I received an email confirmation that my tickets would arrive by January 18th. January 18th came and went and I called up to see what had happened to my tickets. I was advised that there was a backlog due to the holidays and that they would be on the way. I mentioned to the cast member that he may need my membership number to process the order and he said that if my tickets were ordered on the website, then my log-in would match up with my membership number so there wouldn't be a problem. He told me to call back in a few days if I hadn't received my vouchers.

They still didn't arrive!

A couple of days later, I emailed WDW Ticket Enquiries which was the link on my confirmation email and said that I hadn't received my tickets even though they had taken the money 3 weeks before. I got an immediate reply from the Ticket Enquiries apologising that my order was not processed and they would re-order for me immediately.

5 days later (today) in Scotland, I have received my Premium Annual Pass card vouchers.
