IMPORTANT: Changes to R/T Board Nov 1, 2010

Effective November 1, 2010, you will be unable to submit a new thread to the Rent/Trade board unless you have at least 50 posts on the DIS board system. This will apply to ALL types of threads, as it will be blocked by the DIS board software, and will happen at the time a thread is submitted. The poster will receive a screen message explaining the block.

If you submit a thread, your posting history will still be reviewed by the moderators to verify that you have 50 posts on non-Rent/Trade boards.

This will NOT impact a posters ability to reply to any thread, only new thread submissions will be subject to the 50 post prerequisite.

The Rent/Trade board moderators also wish to announce this future change effective February 1st, 2011. Those wishing to submit a Reservation for Rent or Point Rental thread must have consistently posted on non-Rent/Trade board over the course of the previous 6 months, and have submitted at least 50 non-Rent/Trade posts during that time. Up until this time, we have been allowing poster to catch-up with 50 points posted over a few days. Beginning in February, they will need to be fairly evenly posted throughout the previous 6 months. At that time, we will no longer check the entire posting history of the person submitting a thread...only the previous 6 months.
