Just wanted to relate a story to keep in mind, those who judged the OP for offering help in obtaining a discount, not everyone spends the amount of time and energy the people on these boards do researching their vacation (hard to believe, isn't it?

)
A lot of people know NOTHING about the discounts Disney offers. Not to mention the fact that even if you know Disney offers discounts, it takes three months of dissing to figure the system out, and then they will change the way they do things and you are lost again.
We have customers who are going to the world in September, staying at the GF, it is their third trip in three years, a young family, and they had no idea Disney offered discounts of any kind, they were there last year during
free dining, no clue. They paid for the dining plan.
I explained to the wife how free dining worked and gave her some websites to read, and they were very grateful, she called me to tell me they were able to get free dining, which was a bonus because they were paying rack rate, no discount, to start with. So, offering help with getting discounts you know are available isn't nosey, sometimes it's helpful.
