Sitting outside with the dogs so they can burn energy and be positive tomorrow inside for 8 hours...a hotter but doable day Monday...then back to cold weather...if this weather pattern keeps up .. Yuma is looking better than Florida... still have neighbor from Quebec and so thankful they are for not panicking over March 105 days

I'm pretending that I am in Klamath falls Oregon this very hour... Coast starlight is on time and folks have a 45 minute fresh air break and it is dark night cold there... I am sitting in my swim trunks with no shirt and it's a cold desert night... you want to stand outside of the train as long as possible..8 hours till next break...so give your body a break from sitting all day.... me sitting inside for 8 hours today

No. It's been great.,had a scare the last two weeks March... Sunday a high of 80... so that could be the last cold day

Today I rode my adult tricycle. Tom did a small ride on his bike. We have to exercise more. My mobility is getting worse.

Well your weather has not been cooperative...at least from what I gathered about national New Jersey reports...more folks are riding tri and bi even now here... another week of cold weather... Yahoo...we had a scare.. but March came in like a lion and April has been so Lamb.. sitting porch shade now

Bobbi - I hope you’re able to get out more now that the weather is starting to warm up. In the cold months, my mom does some walking in place videos in her living room. I think she finds them on YouTube. They are nice for her because she can do as much, or as little as she wants, in the comfort of her home.

I’m really hoping to get all my Spring cleaning done on the outside decks this weekend. I’m looking forward to sitting outside and watching TV again - it’s one of my favorite things to do during the warmer weather months.
