back in the computer room looking at all the photos of the Henderson (vegas) hotel we are staying at. AFter I left this fourm yesterday , my wife has a message from one of her former studnets that she is in vegas. My wife is a famous school teacher and the two of them wanted ton connect. so off to vegas....with my very specifi rules on the lodging choice...and she found it....however, I am waking her up at 3:00 am, because the whole idea of Laoughlin was to stop driving in the heat, so another 2 hours on the road out of needles. It was 100 degrees by 9 this morning and my water system for the plants had a problem, which was good , a very easy fix from the lowes 15 miles away. So my confidence level is high on survial of plants. but had to soak in the pool in order to be cool in the heat fixing , that is, rewinding a new soaker hose around the desert plants that are loving the heat and blooming like no tomorrow. for some reason the compturer room is cool, must have been my waking up at 4 and turning on the air to cool down the 92 degree front room. so this should be my last session till I return with blueberries and peaches and 10 bags of New York cheddar kettle chips, only sold in the USA , at one grocery store chain in salem......looking good in the neighbor hood!!!!
