headed off to Oregon....cancer dr said my treatments are over....nothing they can do for me as I am in the 5% percentle that will not respond to any treatment and that my future surgerys will just continue to disfigure my face...so carpe diem!!!

78 degrees I require a winter coat, so my walks on the cold summer pacific shores will be very limited. I use to be the last one off the beach, I see msyself being the first one now back to the hotel
I am tire very easy, so my favoirte pasttime of all , hanging for hours in the Goodwill outlet store is prbbaly not going to happen, The have organized the store for covid, but not sure how that looks. anyhow, standing and bustling to gather 25 pounds to acheive the discount poundage price takes about 4 hours, not sure if I can stand for 1 hour.
three of our family member houses are covid free, not so sure about the fourth, though she is wearing hazmat gear when cutting hair.
hoping that I can breathe in Oregon, the lympademia is plugging my nose constatly, sleep is very limited. I have a ton of books that I bought for a 1.00 at gdollar at goodwill discunt thursdays. to read under the shade trees.
Our travel goal is to try to leave Yuma in the 4.00 darkness and travel to Laughlin and just rest for the entire day, a four hour drive and out of the heat 110 heat. Then off to reno ouskirts for the night, then into Bend Oregon for a few nights at cousin house in the middle of the forest and then over to family in the wlllamette valley, to return after labor day, were surgery to repair by eyelid that will not close second week.
we cooled down the computer room to make hotel reservations, it is a comfortable 88 degrees....I am now a desert rat!!!!
I will check in at my sisters house, she has tower computer. have a great august and wish I could send you each a peach that has fallen to the soft plowed soil below, ripeness at the perfection, the best fruit on earth when resting on the earth!!!
