I'm getting ready to head to the zoo with the grand kids and DD

We are at vet. Our dog Gus has cancer and he will have tests to see if chemotherapy will be administered . He had the tumor removed three weeks ago and we have had consultations with specialists. Sad times here.

We had a cat with cancer once, she lived 2 years longer......hope all goes well

Tests showed that cancer has not spread, so we are going ahead and giving him chemotherapy. We are hopeful!

Coming back from a delicious meal with friends who now live in NC. We get to see each other once a year or so. Fun!

I’m attending a division 3 college volleyball tri meet out of state in order to support a local college. I got here early and sat on the side of the gym where the visitors would sit. I don’t know anyone on the team but I love volleyball and my niece plays a different sport at the school so I support them. I am literally their only fan who made the trip and the only person sitting in the bleachers on this side of the gym.

We did not look good, but I always enjoy volleyball anyway. One players’ family showed up, too, so I wasn’t as lonely.
