I'm good. Cleaning day, laundry and babysitting DGS this afternoon.
Had a good time at the party yesterday.......but it was loud. The Grand kids volume was on high.

All you can do is your best and hope it does go back on him that he can't do things

They're snowbirds (NY-FL) but got tired of the long drive back and forth. They drive partway now, and pick the train up in VA, I think?

Good morning!

I’m glad to go to work today to rest from my weekend - I did so much cleaning. Cabinets, all the banisters and all the doors cleaned . The walls in the spare bedroom are washed and every nook & cranny cleaned so the crib can go up and get ready for my grand baby .

Every year I do all this cleaning and everything looks the same when I’m done, but I know the dirt was there because the water is always grey. Where does this dirt come from in a year? Kinda crazy

sitting in the parking lot at the vet, waiting for my two cats to have their yearly check-up.

I have to say, COVID procedures favor these two so far. - They seemed much happier waiting in the car with me than in the usual waiting room, with dogs nearby.

(Not sure if they are missing me being in the exam room, though, so we’ll see.)

......pulling down all the tv screens on walls and patios...getting ready for what hopes to be a major rain soaker for the next 48 hours. have to push in furniture , fold up native design blankets and secure artful wall hangings. hope there will be no winds, the lemon trees are begining to set their blooms....and they smell wonderful
