I'm trying to budget for food can someone help

How much do the various ice cream bars cost thru out the parks. I have to budget one a day for my dd and maybe one for dh and myself to share with toddle son! My dh will be wearing his camel bak for water. I'll post my food budget as soon as I think I get if finish for your thoughts and opinions.

Last year with just us 2 adults, we budgeted for $100/day. This covered counter service done more than sitdown meals, bottles of water, Mickey bars, popcorn, and citrus swirls. We still took home about $100 that was promptly used to take home an abandoned Chihuahua, but I digress. lol

To budget your money, it's a good idea to take a look at the menus and prices that are listed on www.wdwig.com and make up some potential menus for your family. Total the cost and don't forget to add the 6.5% tax and any applicable tips. This helped me to determine that $100/day still will work for this years WDW trip. I hope this helps. Mickey

I could be mistaken, but seem to remember that the ice cream bars were $2.50 each.

We just came back and everything is $2.50.......the Mickey Head Ice Cream bars, bottles of water, bottles of pop, etc. Meals are more pricey.........expect to pay about $10 per person.........the best bet is to share and to also take advantage of the unlimited supply of condiments and fixins at the different restaurants. That $10 is including a drink. If you want to refill your water bottles, the only cold water fountain we found was next to the Millionaire game in MGM. Unlike New York, you will not find free refills except offsite at like Ponderosa........which we hit for dinner and breakfast while we were there and enjoyed every bit of it.
