I love them both and, yes, they are very different. Please help me decide which one to visit

OMG we ate at Kona last week and the food was the best of our trip. Fresh, fresh, fresh and delicious. Desserts to die for.

Although I voted for FF, I guess I'd actually decide based on what was more convenient that day.

I much prefer Flying Fish, but my driver would be "where does it fit in your trip geographically." If you are staying in the Epcot area or if you will be in Epcot or DHS that day, Flying Fish is easy to get to. But if you are staying over at WL and its a Magic Kingdom day, Flying Fish would be very far out of your way for dinner. Likewise, if your resort is POR and you are planning on an Epcot day, why would you go all the way over to Kona if you like both restaurants.

Comparing the food and service at FF vs. Kona is apples/oranges, so go with the "whichever works geographically" advice.

Although Kona offers a decent meal, between the two I would choose Flying Fish everytime.
