![]()
I think you should get it - more free stuff is always good!![]()
Can Canucks take the course or is it only for Americans?![]()
OT, Kathy, I subscribed to your PTR, it's wonderful![]()
YES!! It's binder time!I made a trip binder back in 2005 and I loved that bad boy. I had our calendars, touring plans, ADR's, restaurant menus, guidebooks and everything else I could think of in there and it was so useful. I'm starting my binder for next year's trip next week. It's so much fun putting it together! Keep us updated on the cover... we'll need some pictures!
Ok - I love the binder idea but do you carry it around to the parks? Doesn't it get heavy after a while?Or do you just leave it in your room for reference.
I usually put my park info on little index cards by day so I can toss them when the day is over. I do print out menus/confirmations/etc and usually leave them in my room - mayble I'll have to make a binder for them!![]()
I got some more Disney mail today. It's the planning DVD!
I can't wait to watch it! Maybe tomorrow in between cleaning the house and DISing!
I will be watching Disney Splurge on Travel Channel tomorrow. cannot wait.
I'll be TIVO-ing that! It's all set up already.
DH and I are also seeing Forgetting Sarah Marshall tomorrow. I'm excited! We're addicted to all those movies by the Knocked Up guys.
Wow! We're gonna be watching lots of TV/movies tomorrow. Such ambitious plans!

Thanks Jordan(and thanks for not slapping me down
). So, basically, I have the daily itinerary, all park info, dining plans, etc. on my Excel workbook. The confirmation and travel agent stuff is in the folder she sent us. Love the idea of printing menus, I will do that off the DIS site.
Geez, I really don't know anything, do I?![]()
Can I hire you?![]()

I'll tell you what my brother has come up with so far...(he still can't stop teasing me, even though he's 30!)
I asked him to put my last name and his last name on the binder cover. That way the last names of everyone going on the trip would be on the binder.
Well, my maiden name means "hunter" in German. And my married name is the name of a certain bird (not hard to figure out from my Dis name). So my bro said that so far, he's thought of putting Mickey dressed as a hunter. And guess what the hunter is hunting?
Sick. Demented. Wrong. That's my loving brother!

I will wait for dvd. I do for most movies.
That's too funny..can't wait to see pix.....
Yay for Disney mail!!! I wish that would come instead of bills.
It seems that a lot of people print out the menus...I don't think I'll do that. I'll save a little surprise for the trip! (as if I won't look at the menus obsessively before!)
I definitely won't be carrying the binder around the parks. I don't even think I'll carry the Passporter around the parks. I will definitely leave it in the room for reference and just take out the sheets I need for each day.

Surprise... on a Disney trip? But... but... you can't plan surprises!!![]()
Have fun watching the planning DVD! Is it the same as last years?
My binder and Passporter sit in the hotel room, also. I take as little as possible into the parks with me because I know by the end of the day, it will feel like it weighs a ton!
Disney mail is the best mail to get! I wish I got something every single day!![]()
We are too! Tell me what you think of Forgetting Sarah Marshall! I went up several "cool" points when some of my students saw me going in to see Superbad at the theater. Middle schoolers are so easily impressed.
did u go to the movie?
was it good?
