This is my first PTR so we'll see how this goes.

First off here's who's going:
Me: a 21 year old college student, future physician assistant, my favorite Disney movie is Peter Pan, my favorite ride is Peter Pan's Flight or Rock'n'Roller Coaster
Mom: she'd kill me if I gave her age, the only person who can rival me for my love of Disney, favorite movie is Beauty and the Beast, favorite ride is either IASW or Spaceship Earth
Sister: still TBD, she's a teacher who has been substituting since she graduated and isn't sure if she's going or not because she wants to work, but she'll probably give in and go, the family pin collector, favorite movie is Toy Story or Inside Out, favorite ride is Rock'n'Roller Coaster.

We'll be there from February 25-March 5 during my Spring Break. My spring break is really early so I'm hoping we'll miss the usual Spring Break crowds. Originally we were going to do a 3 night cruise and then spend a few days at WDW, but my mom wasn't big on the idea of a Disney cruise because a) it's expensive b) there's no casino c) she didn't think there would be enough for us to do. I told her she was crazy, but whatever. So we settled on a full week at WDW instead. Not that anyone had to twist my arm. As of right now we're booked at Saratoga Springs, and we're wait listed at Wilderness Lodge. We've stayed at SS a long time ago; it was the first onsite resort we stayed at actually, but we really want to try a new resort so hopefully we'll get WL. We'll also be there at the beginning of F&G which I'm so excited about. We were just there in May and I loved trying the different food booths and looking at the topiaries.

We had a Disney planning session over lunch at Max & Erma's today and settled on our ADRs because our booking day is the 29th. Only 8 days away! I offered to stay up until Midnight so that we'd get all of the reservations we want. So far we're planning for:
Tusker House Breakfast
Cinderella's Royal Table Breakfast
Boma Dinner
Yachtsman Steakhouse
Raglan Road
Afternoon Tea at GF

All of these are new places to us except the Afternoon Tea which we did last year and it was the highlight of our entire trip.

I'm so excited to be going back for the 2nd time in one year. Two years ago we went over my Christmas break and I got sick (thanks carabba's) about 3 days in, so I only went to MK and Epcot and I was feeling pretty miserable. Last year I was trying to lose weight to get into the Navy so I couldn't enjoy all of the yummy food. I'm hoping this trip will make up for the last two trips.

I'll try to update again when our ADRs are booked.
See ya real soon!

Hi all! We have our ADRs booked. So far we have:
Sunday 2/26 2:40 afternoon tea at Garden View Tea Room
Monday 2/27 9:30 Tucker House breakfast
Tuesday 2/28 7:10 Boma

We arrive on Saturday 2/25 so we'll probably head over to DS after we check in and get EoS. I really want to try artisto crepes for desert. Any recommendations? Sunday will probably be a lazy day hanging by the pool, going shopping at DS, or catching an uber (or youber as my mom calls it) over to the outlets. We'll probably have a light lunch or a big breakfast before our tea. It's surprisingly filling so well either get a snack around dinner time or maybe a really late dinner. I'd also like to try D-luxe burger at DS. On Monday we'll probably sleep in and leisurely make our way over to AK for our breakfast. Then we'll get some rides on the safari, EE, dinosaur and maybe KRR depending how cold it is. I'd also like to head over to Rafiki's planet watch and do the jungle trek. We've really never explored AK that much so I'd like to spend more time there. Hopefully Rivers of Light will be running by time we get there. Tuesday will be another pool and DS day. We might try to catch a Braves spring training game sometime during the week. We have dinner at Boma this night and I'd like to get there early to explore the resort. We stayed there 2 years ago and I feel like I didn't see early everything. Wednesday and Thursday will be MK and Epcot. Which day we go to which park depends on when EMH are. According to touring plans they have the same crowd levels for both days but I'll keep looking at those the closer we get. We don't have ADRs at either park so the days are pretty open. I want to try to rope drop MK and get a ride on Peter Pan in. Hopefully we can get a FP for it too because it's my favorite ride. It's on my bucket list to spend a day and see how many times I can ride it in a row. We'll also get FP for SDMT and the third is up in the air. All of the other rides I don't think will have very long waits and my mom doesn't do do space mountain so I can ride that single rider. We're also going to try to get the fireworks dessert party booked that day. It's $20 cheaper to do it that day and from what I've read the view from the hub is better than the view from the tomorrowland terrace. Can anyone confirm this? Our Epcot day will start in future world. Maybe get on test track early and maybe Soarin'. That's another one I've never done. The line has always seemed too long. Then we'll make our way over to WS and look at all of the F&G topiaries and eat at the different food booths. And I have to ride Frozen. We'll probably skip illuminations. We did it last year and it's just eh to me. Friday we'll try to rope drop HS and I'll do RnR and ToT before the crowds hit. We'll definitely get a FP for TSMM. I'd like to check out the Launch Bay too. Then we might head back to the resort and come back doe Fantasmic and fireworks. Then Saturday we'll come home. Booooo!

So that's the plan for now. I'll post more once we book our FP.
