I'm sooo depressed

School starts back today for me and I am not looking forward to it. I am always like this starting back but this year it is even worse. Kids come on Wednesday and then we will be off and running. The only thing that keeps me going is that we go to Disney in October for fall break. Something to look forward to at least.

I would have a hard time going back to work after having a few months off too. I bet by this time next week, you'll be back in the whole routine of it and it won't seem so bad. There's Labor Day to look forward to, and it sounds like that Disney trip will really help keep you going!

My kids started back to school today. Usually, the first day makes me sad, but this year they both were excited, which made me excited for them.

Sorry you're so sad. {{hugs}} October is just around the corner.

What part of Alabama are you at? All the Alabama schools around here start back on Thursday.

Well I'm home from the first day and it won't be that bad. It just takes a few days to get bacck in the swing of things. Someone said today that school isn't bad without the kids. Thanks for the words of encouragment. We just always dread going back because you never know what they are going to throw at us this year. Year before it as Lee vs. Macon and last year No Child Left Behind. This year the governor is talking of closing schools if the tax increase isn't passed. Always something.
