So we have 3 nights and 4 days.
We arrive at MCO at 920am assuming we'll get to POFQ at 11am.

We have the following potential plans for the following:

Day 1 (arrival day)

DHS - dinner at 50's Prime time then Fantasmic
OR
MK - dinner at CRT at 4:15 then Wishes

Day 2
AK at am
Epcot at pm
then MK for BOG dinner at 7:40pm

OR
AK am
and
DHS pm
dinner at 50's Prime Time

DAY 3
MK
CRT Breakfast
BOG Lunch

if we do CRT on first day, I will cancel my CRT breakfast reservation.

Is it worth Skipping EPCOT?

Our children are ages 9(ds) and 4(dd)

Do you really want to go to BOG twice?
Personally, I would skip another park before Epcot (that the best place for mom and dad to chill out a bit), but IDK if that's right for your family. That said, it's a lot of running around on your first Day 2 option...AK-->EP-->MK!

Also, when we do short trips, we do less ADR's to free up more park time.

DH wants to eat at 50's Prime time Café for the theme and milk shake. (only request he asked), I want to get my YAH Starbucks mug and the Kids doesn't really care about DHS.

But you're right, I should probably free up some ADRs. :)

Our first day is always Epcot, basically because we stay at Board Walk and with a 9 am landing we can hit WS by 11. Now with FP+ we can at least get in either TT or Soarin' without a wait. Flower&Garden is on so Epcot is well worth it.

If I were skipping one with the kids I'd skip the studio, while I love it and my grown son loves it, I'm not sure there is enough for the little ones to do and it would keep everyone from getting exhausted.

I'm a big fan of Epcot and I think for the younglings its a missed opportunity if you don't visit. What you could do since you have is use Arrival day for Epcot......since your in at 11am you could be there by 1pm or earlier...........then boat-it over to HS for dinner and Fantasmic. Now you CRT dinner is way early on arrival day so you probably could fit Epcot in then but you could on Day 2 to if you just do AK on day 3. How much time before your ADR day..........and FP+ day? You can make this work.................

Since 50s is your DH's only request, I'd make sure you do that. So here's what I would do:

Day 1 DHS w/50s and Fantasmic. You should be able to do FP+ for the late afternoon/evening. Your kids will LOVE Toy Story Mania and Star Tours.
Day 2 AK in the morning, then EP in the afternoon/evening. Do NOT try to get to MK. Three parks in one day is a lot of traveling around.
Day 3 MK all day. What time is your CRT breakfast. You don't want to use up early morning ride time; the crowds are lowest then, so make your ADR before park opening or around 10:30. This means you'll need to make your BoG for dinner or you won't be hungry for it. You could try for the new BoG breakfast (again either before park opening or the latest you can) and then do CRT for dinner.

You have 50's Prime Time twice. Maybe use 2nd HS trip to have Fantasmic! dining package one day; Park Hop into HS after AK seems right.

I would not leave Epcot to have dinner in MK. Epcot is a full-day Park and food is bountiful. Don't waste time traveling to MK just to eat - not gonna' work for the 4 y.o.

As to avoiding Epcot - if during Flower & Garden, Epcot is a Must-Do Park.

Otherwise, I am in the minority when I say, Epcot may be my least favorite Park - too few rides, not enough shows to remind me I'm at Disney....but the flowers of Spring are lovely.

Park Hop days need a bit of time management with a 4 y.o.

Do not have a breakfast ADR the morning after a Park Hopper day.
