Yes, it is a pain but it is all worth it in the end. You'll need lots of patience going through the resale process . Some are much easier than others though, it just so happens that Mike and I had similar experiences losing contracts and waiting for closing!

Isn't it comforting to know that there are people who understands what you went through and know how excited you must be.
We recently became DVC members as well and calling MS to make our first reservation was beyond joy. It was short lived but joyous nonetheless. Our first trip isn't until late April but I can't wait. I've read the MS membership book/guide so much that I can almost recite every word in those booklet. I keep seeing those three boys at the SAB doing the pirate pose in my head. HELP!!! I need my trip NOW
