The semi-sweet chocolate chips are actually better for you than a candy bar. The South Beach Diet recommends them for when you get a chocolate craving. They are semi-sweet, so not nearly as much sugar. I grab a handful whenever I get the chocolate craving!
I admit I've done it... I've also opened a can of frosting, or when really really desperate I've squeezed Hersheys syrup right from the bottle into my mouth.... What can I say? When a girl needs chocolate stay outta her way!!!

Seriously tho, I have to push this candy bar I found (yeah, I'm a chocolate pusher). Lindt 85% cocoa bars. Basically its freebasing chocolate. A little goes a loooong way. 2 squares has about 21/2 g sugar for those of us that are counting. Its my guilty pleasure.
