About have.plataform/hells they are comfortable but im not sure.if ppl will be judginge...Please help : /

Pretty sure this is spam but just in case of the off chance it isn't... no, I would NOT recommend heels for walking around Disneyland, AT ALL!

I'm not sure I understand your question. I'm shorter than you are and haven't worn platform heels to the parks. Is there a specific reason (other than general lack of height) why you think you'll need them?

I just think my legs are too.short.? O just had a baby.she is 4 months old.so im 142 lbs now so I think that the plataform will help

I'm 5'3 myself and I have no problem in the park, wearing flat shoes. Are you thinking you're to short to get on a ride or something? Because you're tall enough, trust me. haha

Well, unless you have lots of practice walking all day at DLR in heels, my personal opinion is that this will be very uncomfortable for you. Why not just wear comfortable, safe shoes and forget about what other people think? You'll be at DLR with your daughter -- that's a wonderful thing! Way more important than what other people think of your appearance.

Aw thank you....lately I have.been.very unconfortable not secure.about.my.looks:/but thank you

I think it's more important to be safe and comfortable, especially with such a young baby. If you can't walk from blisters or are miserable from being uncomfortable, you won't enjoy the experience of making magical memories with your daughter. Enjoy your time with her, take lots of photos, have a great time! When you look back on the photos and remember your visit, you won't be thinking about anything other than how wonderful it was.

I'm 5'2" (if I stretch a little) and platforms would NOT be on my packing list!!! I did wear a pair of sort-of platform ankle boots last year to dinner at DLR but I wouldn't wear them around the parks. I changed them after dinner.

You have a new baby--enjoy that experience and don't worry about trying to follow some fashion guide. There's nothing more attractive than the love that shines out of an adoring parent.

Thank you...is just hard for me thst im.not confident on my look :/

There are several threads here regarding "foot wear"

The consensus for foot wear regardless of a person height is.....

Comfortable shoes
Shoes that are broke in NOT new.
Pack two pairs of shoes, so you can switch out.

****************

My daughter-in-law wore flip-flops on our first day last time. She ended up with an ankle injury and was in a wheel chair the next day. It was a pain in more ways then one....

Don't worry about appearing taller.
Please select something for comfort and safety.

Have fun!!!!

I know women who find it very uncomfortable wearing flat shoes, even sneakers. But these women walk miles in these shoes. They could probably out run me too.

With that being said, Disneyland was a LOT more walking that I had assumed. And I spent probably an hour a day sitting on a bench or restaurant reading. Even in the most comfortable sneakers I owned, I still changed my shoes at least once. I am a girl who CANNOT walk in heels, so I'm the girl wearing sneakers at the club. ;-)

So my suggestion is, if you want to wear heels, do so. But carry a second pair of shoes in your stroller. If your feet get wet in heels, you are definitely in trouble.

In all honesty, the folks at Disney are probably some of the worst dressed people as a group than anywhere else I typically go. I find myself being one of the better dressed people when I wear a clean, well fitting, solid colored v-neck tshirt, cute jeans, and cute flats or sandals. LOL :) It's pretty much the one place I can count on looking better than 70% of the population.

Dress for comfort. No one cares what you are wearing but you. :)

Are you more concerned with looking like a young teenage mum? being so short?

Q: What is considered to be the average size woman in America?

A: According to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the average U.S. woman is 5' 3.7 (162 centimeters) tall .

So you are in fact of average height.. Heels in D/L , unless you are very comfortable in them would be a killer...

Hope you and your daughter have a wonderful time... :)

I always say wear comfortable shoes (and I'm one that suggests more than 1 pair so you can change out). I'm 5'4" and I wear tennis shoes, no platforms or heels for me thanks. :)

I have no clue why being short would be an issue. I would never wear anything but comfy walking shoes.

Like I said Im not.confortable been short if,for you is not an issue.good for you.
