Nope, you cannot use a DisneyWorld AP for Disney land, and there is no discount on the tickets at Disneyland for having a DW AP.

No on the mixing up of the two AP for both coasts.
It has been three years since we were at DL. But seems we used AAA to buy tickets for a discount.
But someone can help you more so than I.

There never has been a 10% discount even with the DC, that was 5%.
