I'm pregnant!

According to the online pregnancy calculators, you are due August 2, 2006! Congratulations!

Congratulations!!! :bounce: :Pinkbounc

Congratulations!! :goodvibes

My cousin went on Indiana Jones when visiting us and it turns out she was a few weeks along at the time, everything is fine and dandy. Your little hit is worthy of mention, but not worry.

Your doctor will let you know about prenatal vitamins as soon as you see him or her. When all was said and done after my first visit, my doctor recommended iron pills not prenatals.

Congratulations again!! :goodvibes

:flower: Congrats!!! Like everyone else said, take the vitamins and call your doc for an appt. I found it helps to write down your questions for the doc and bring them with you to your appt. because if you are like I was, you'll get home and realize that you forgot to ask about something that you are concerned about. Just eat as healthy as you can and rest when you need it. I know during both my pregnancies I was exhausted beyond belief the first trimester. That usually passes by the second trimester and returns somewhat near the end usually due to the baby's size and weight. BTW, I did not suffer any morning sickness, so hopefully you will be as lucky as I was. Every pregnancy is different for different women. You will get a lot of unsolicited advice. Just take it all in and do what is right for you. I loved being pregnant and when you get to the stage when you can feel the baby move, it is unbelievable. :) I wish you and your baby lots of good health!!! Also, I might add I went to WDW when 1 month pregnant with my first and didn't know it yet and took a few spins on Space Mtn.!! Don't worry about the bump you had too much, just check in with your doc.

Right now FOlic acid is the most important vitamin, make sure that your vitamin has that.

I was at the doctors the other day and told him DH got concerned when I poked at my belly (I am 15 weeks). He said that with all the layers of maternal flat, fluid and the womb....that the mother could take a hit to the abdomen with a baseball bat at this stage and it would do more harm to Mom and baby wouldnt feel it....although he did not recommend it!

Congratulations!

My doctor told me that the safest place your unborn child can be is in the womb-he said that that womb is amazingly strong. My DS3 slipped & kicked me right in the stomach at about 5 weeks along and it didn't do anything. It's built to protect. So don't worry. Your little one is safe.

Prenatal vitamins-I just took grocery store brand and my kids did fine. I didn't start taking them until I knew I was pregnant. I was taking a regular multi vitamin and the doctor said that was sufficient but once I found out, I needed to switch to a prenatal vitamin.

Congrats! A happy healthy 9 months to you... get to that doctor.

Congrats!! Something to think about to relieve your fears about how tough these little ones can be- I threw my DS into the ceiling when he was two weeks old. Three years later he is happy and healthy.

Now to explian- We had a part of the ceiling that was lower than the rest of the basement by 6 inches or so. I changed his diaper and I was standing where there was more clearance. I usually lifted him up over my head and brought him down for a kiss as a regular routine and brought him up that time, and you guessed it, right into the ceiling. He had popcorn imbedded in his little head. I brought him down, and held him close and RAN to Dh who was in the yard and said "Oh my god I killed him" It took more than 30 seconds, but he let out a scream that I will never forget! He was fine five minutes later as I picked popcorn out of his head. The nurse I spoke to in a panick said he would probably be fine, and he was. Those babies are made of strong stuff!!!

How exciting for you and DH!! :cloud9:
Congratualtions on your future bundle of joy! Take good care and may you have a happy and heathy pregnancy.
