Im not getting email notifaction :( ??

Hi,

I was hoping someone could help me out with this one. Since sometime yesterday I have stopped receiving updates in my email when someone posts to a thread I have replied to previously. I also am not receiving the email update to my email when I go to a thread and click the "email thread to friend" option on the bottom of the page. I usually email pages to myself that I like the info it houses but the notification of the email isn’t showing up now

Please help!

Good news! The "email this page" option seems to be working now. Not sure though about the reply to thread update message. Hopefully it has corrected itself too!

I'm not receiving e-mail notification either, it seems to come & go. ~~

There are many reasons you may not be receiving email notifications:

First check your profile and make sure that you have a valid email account listed.

Some email providers block automated emails like the ones generated by the DIS. I know excite is one that does that.

It may be a temporary problem with your email provider or some server along the route.

If you have an account like hotmail, your box may be full.

If nothing above helps, you can email support@wdwinfo.com and ask them to check your account.
