So what kind of therapy would you recommend for a DH who thinks he knows everything and won't concede superiority to his wife who does know everything (now that she knows that YAGE means) (not that I'm talking about anybody real or anything)? And I'll ... I mean SHE'LL know if you're wrong.

Certify them both as CRAZY and that will make them even ?

Probably some kind of retail therapy, don't you think. That he pays for & the wife actually gets to do.
