. . . I'm sorry if this has already been asked and answered. Why is it when I call Member Services, there is a constant busy signal?

I've been trying for three days. Is this common? Is there a problem that is being worked on? Do I just need to keep trying??? :rolleyes:

Thanks for any help and input you can give! I'm going crazy here!

Keep trying. MS was down on Monday, so all of the call traffic Monday got shifted to Tuesday. Plus I think there are a large number of people trying to complete holiday reservations.

You can also try the non-800 number (on the back of your card) if you don't mind paying the call cost.
 
it is because we are 11monthes out from Xmas vacations so they are really busy this week.
