I'm moving to Disney World!!!

Ok,I'm not really moving to WDW. BUT I'm moving from NJ to 1hr and a half away!!!! I'm getting a season pass and going EVERY WEEKEND I'll still be a NJ resident but I'll be in Fl for a large part of the year- a part of the year that includes the food and wine festival! And Mickey's very Merry Christmas party! So I'm gonna head on over to the solo travelers board and see what it's like to do Disney solo and maybe make some friends to hang out with me while I'm there! I'm pretty excited so I thought I'd share with you lovely folks

Congratulations! Now you've got me daydreaming about all the extras I would to at WDW if I didn't have to shell out for airfare for 5 from Canada!

Was this move something you were planning for a long time, or did it just fall in your lap? Either way, it's pretty neat!

Thanks! It fell into my lap (which is the best part )! I'm going for work. I'm a nanny, and my "work family" is moving down for a few months of the year and I'm heading down with them ( my "work babies" are 5,3, and 2- I hope I'll get the opportunity to go with them too!). So I'm going to enjoy the Florida beaches and head over to WDW as often a possible! Wow, Canada is far! I thought I had it bad with NJ but getting a family of 5 down there from Canada is worse! I wish you luck and a little magic

It is my dream to work at Disney after I retire from my real job. I just want to work enough to get the perks that come with being an employee. That way i can enjoy Disney in my off hours.

I have been thinking about job options and think I would like to drive the boats between the Epcot resorts, DHS and Epcot.

I am SO jealous! I hope to move near WDW someday. I would like to retire then work at WDW as a hobby.
