I'M JUST SHOWBOATIN' AROUND THE WORLD! & getting pooped on. Jan 13 TR! NEW TR POSTED!

Every time I open your TR I read the first sentence in my best motor coach voice and then I get all emotional over the Disney busses….

Awwweee yeeeaaahhh running into characters training is the BEST! There’s so many and like, no people. I managed to catch Cindy and Ariel in November and FREAKED out! Lawl. One of my friends is actually friends with Gideon! Though I have no idea when he’s EVER out….hmm…I’ve only seen him in the parade…Yay for Goofy loving the bow! He’s precious! Yay!! I love that people have no idea about the training areas, and that they’re so random! I’ve definitely warned the bff of where to look for some MNSSHP characters training as she’ll be there in Aug but her BF is dying to meet Flynn haha!

Ahahaha you’re “pretend I’m Godzilla” just reminded me of when Stitch makes the replica of San Francisco and proceeds to smash it after Lilo gives him coffee!

Ha! I have no problem with crocs and socks, sometimes it needs to be done! And it doesn’t look nearly as bad as socks with sandals! Definitely the same as Matt! Disney’s the only place I’ll drink pop, because they’ve got the flavours, and because sometimes you need a little caffeine/sugar pick me up midday! OOOOMMMMMMM NOOOOOMMM Those onion rings are like, the greatest things I’ve ever tasted! I loved beaches and cream and will definitely return! I’m really not a fan of the CS at DHS, and it’s a nice midday break from the park!

I have no idea how I missed poopageddon. No idea.

I'm on our Epcot day now, and you'll see that we also ran into characters training in that area, but none as cool as Gideon!

Beaches and Cream...DEFINITELY on our list this time! We want to walk over from Epcot one day for lunch or dinner (maybe with you guys?), and possibly try the Kitchen Sink...we'd need help for that, though:thumbsup2.

I'm excited to try those onion rings. I love onion rings but hate onions...go figure.:confused3

Now that poopsplosion is out of the way, hopefully that's the only incident of the trip. And hopefully that baguette made Amy feel better soon. CANNOT WAIT for some new pastries next trip!

Aww I love your pics with the characters, especially Goofy! He looks so excited that you're wearing his bow! :thumbsup2

I never go in China either. Never. And that's too bad, because it seems really pretty, your pictures are beautiful!

Ugh, isn't that walk from Mexico to Canada the longest when your feet hurt? You think you will never get there!

Haha, I wear socks with Crocs all the time! And sadly, not even just in Disney, I wear that combo to work too! No shame! I'm all about comfort!

Yum, Beaches and Cream is so good, I really need to go there again! I've only been once, on our Disneymoon, every other time we've tried to go the wait has been too long and Brandon never wants to wait! :confused3 I HAVE to get that No Way Jose someday!

oh man your pictures make the food at beaches and cream look SO GOOD! i showed them to fiance and told him we are SO eating there next time we go, and he was like uuhhh yeah I think I could choke that down! now I want some onion rings..mmmmm..

Ah how exciting to run into characters!! Especially Gideon! I'm definitely keeping my eyes open in Epcot in September!

Hahahaha the miniature area in Epcot totally does make me think of Godzilla.

How sad that Amy still wasn't feeling well. I hope she perks up soon!

The food at Beaches and Cream looks awesome! I don't know if we'll make it there next trip but definitely in the future. Ah that ice cream looks delicious!

I've always stopped and checked out that little train village...but I've never thought about the maintenance that must go into it!! That must be hard to do without a little Godzilla-like damage!! :rotfl:

Your dinner at B&C looks perfect!! :thumbsup2

The China pavilion is spectacular. I think that and the inside of the pyramid in Mexico has to be the top for looks.

I too chucked on the crocks this past trip... no socks though. Believe me though, the socks with crocs look is IN NO WAY bad compared to some of the ridiculous outfits seen at Disney. Not even close.

I have to add the following photo just for you from my recent trip on Dinosaur since I LOVED your ride photo so much. Hopefully you can read it (I tried enhancing it) as it didn't come out as well as I'd hoped. Please excuse my insane look as I think I was focused on holding the paper.

Dino.jpg

Your photos are always amazing. Your lens is awesome. I wish Canon made that similar lens. BOO!

That is unfortunate about the bird pooping on you, however made for an awesome moment with the CM! He should have given you that drink for free! Lol!

Beaches and Cream is on my must do list. I have never been there!

Just finished catching up and am attempting to mend my lurker ways, so thought I'd drop in and say HI!

Your trip report is hilarious! I especially liked the hokey pokey, and oh my gosh the Dinosaur picture! I have a picture of me and my brother on space mountain that I can't look at too much because I just die every time I see his face, awkward ride pictures bring so joy to the world.

I completely understand the love/hate relationship with crocs. I decided to try them after everyone recommended them here, which is when I found out they are not all ugly! I wore these:

http://www.crocs.com/crocs-carlie-flat/11277,default,pd.html?cid=060&cgid=women-footwear-flats

last time I was there and they were amazing. Definitely recommend. This year I've got all kinds of glitter/ leopard crocs going on. It's a very exciting time for me.

Can't wait for the next update!

Great... Now I'm TOTALLY craving No Way Jose!!!!! :-)

I am telling you, when I write these updates and see the food photos it just KILLS me. I just super want onion rings and a No Way Jose right now!

Next time you are in the China pavilion see the movie. It is really beautiful !!

We end up seeing it on this trip, just a little later on. :thumbsup2

I love your story about the Crocs with socks. I have a similar shoe story from our trip to Washington DC, standing in line at the White House for the tour. I completely horrified the formally dressed woman who was behind me in line. She slowly looked me up and down, twice. :rotfl2: I was wearing black, cotton ankle socks and Clark's brand mules, with shorts:thumbsup2, but my swollen, blistered feet were not hurting, and that's ALL I cared about at that point.

I love all of your pictures from World Showcase, the details are really fun to see. The ice cream that you and Matt shared looks sooooo good.

Hahaha, sometimes you just need to not have any shame! I was REALLY glad I ended up doing the socks with Crocs thing that night. I didn't end up with any blisters whatsoever and my feet were feeling pretty okay!

Thank you very much! That ice cream is AMAZING. We get it every trip because it's just that good!

AWW, Goofy is so precious! I still think it's awesome that you saw Gideon! I'm gonna have to be on the lookout over there! :thumbsup2

Beaches and Cream is the cutest little place! OH. Chocolate and peanut butter. No better combination on earth.

I really hope Amy will be feeling better in your next update or so!

I know, he's just so adorable! And yeah, Gideon was such a fun character to run into! I really had never seen him out and about like that!

Beaches and Cream is like a little slice of heaven on earth. It's just so good! And yup, so agree with you on the PB and chocolate!

Don't worry, Amy ends up bouncing back here soon! :goodvibes

So, when I was younger (like, maybe ages 6-8) I refused to wear sandals WITHOUT socks. I know, I'm ashamed, and I'm currently in the process of destroying all photographic evidence. But I have really sweaty feet, and when I was younger it bothered me how I my feet would start sliding around in the sandal, and if I wore socks that didn't happen. Soooo, yeah. Luckily I got a clue and now am just like you...extremely conscious of what my socks look like if I'm wearing shorts. Though now I mismatch them, because it makes me happy. Seriously, have you been to Little Miss Matched in DTD??? It's heaven on earth for me.

Though that No Way Jose sounds AMAZING!!! I might have to try one in December. I'm in love with pretty much any combination of peanut butter and chocolate. I devour mini Reeses by the bagful. And I wonder why my jeans are getting tighter....

And ok, shameless promotion here, but please feel free to check out my PTR. It's been pretty quiet and you can learn more about me haha!

Hahahaha that made me laugh a lot. Sometimes you just need to be comfortable and that's what it takes... socks with sandals baby!

The No Way Jose IS amazing. You should definitely try it because it's so so good!!

I will try to pop in on your PTR when I can! I feel like I've fallen so far behind on a lot of people's TRs and PTRs and it's not intentional. So I'm kind of a bad DISer but not on purpose at all. I just haven't had any time to comment! Eeek!

When my DD was 3, she wanted to wear socks with sandals and I told her that it would look silly and no one does that, she told me "Mom, they wear them like that in China!!!"

So I let her wear socks with her sandals.

Hahaha that's kind of amazing. She knew what she wanted and had GOOD reasoning behind it! Amazing.

That sundae looks delish! :)

It IS amazingly good!

That all looked so good!

It is so good! I just wish I could have it right now! Haha.

How awesome that you stumbled upon all those characters!! DS is character crazy, so that has kind of made DH and I character crazy also as we try to find whatever ones we can for him to meet. I'm so surprised to see that they had Gideon of all characters out!! I'll have to make sure I stay aware of my surroundings in World Showcase so I don't miss something like that going on while we are there.

You got some really beautiful pics of the pavilions. I have still never really been inside the China pavilion, I don't think.

Beaches & Cream looks heavenly, especially that No Way Jose!! I always put B&C as a tentative place for us to eat on our trips, and it just never works out for us. Maybe one of these days...

It was so fantastic! And get this, it wasn't the only time it happened to me during the trip! You guys definitely should keep an eye out for characters in that area, it seems like a gold mine for great characters and short lines!

Thank you very much! I'd never been inside but I'm glad we checked it out! It's beautiful.

You should try to check out B&C! It's such an awesome place to catch a bite to eat and just enjoy the Epcot resort area!

HAHA awww, I love it! I do the same thing, too. I just love that man's voice and hearing it during our trips is like music to my ears. :cloud9:

I so agree! The training thing is such an awesome secret. I can't believe you ran into Cindy and Ariel, that's amazing!! Gideon is like, never out, so I have no clue how I lucked out on that one!

I am going to keep a serious eye out again for our next trip, just because it was such an awesome place to be last time to get quick photos!

See, I'm okay with socks with Crocs IF you are wearing jeans. Totally no problem. But with shorts, it looks pretty terrible! I LOVE THOSE ONION RINGS, they really are always fantastic. I want some right nooow. I can't wait to go there again next trip. :goodvibes

Bahaha, who knows? It was tragic.

YAY! Glad you ran into characters there, too! Gideon was a total surprise, that's for sure!

I think the B&C plan sounds fabulous! You guys seriously gotta check it out. If we are also in the area, you know we are all for a little Beaches and Cream! And heck yes to the Kitchen Sink!

Hahaha, that is kind of hilarious that you don't like onions but like onion rings.. then again, they're fried and delicious, YUM.

Yeah, I don't know what else is ahead of us on this trip for drama.. but let's just hope this is the end of it all! And yes, new pastries next trip!! We are going to eat a ton of snacks this time since we're not doing the DDP!

Aww I love your pics with the characters, especially Goofy! He looks so excited that you're wearing his bow! :thumbsup2

I never go in China either. Never. And that's too bad, because it seems really pretty, your pictures are beautiful!

Thank you! Goofy was too adorable about the bow, it kind of made my day!

China is gorgeous! I'd highly suggest checking it out during your next trip!

THAT WALK IS TORTURE! My feet just were hurting and I needed to get some rest and quiet time.

Okay, I should have said that socks with Crocs with SHORTS was a bad combo. With jeans or pants? No problem! Hahaha. I was happy to have them on though.

That's sad! We've never had to wait, so we must just have weird luck. But you have to go back! It's just so good!

oh man your pictures make the food at beaches and cream look SO GOOD! i showed them to fiance and told him we are SO eating there next time we go, and he was like uuhhh yeah I think I could choke that down! now I want some onion rings..mmmmm..

It IS good, so so good! And you guys totally should check it out on your next trip! You won't be disappointed!

Ah how exciting to run into characters!! Especially Gideon! I'm definitely keeping my eyes open in Epcot in September!

Hahahaha the miniature area in Epcot totally does make me think of Godzilla.

The food at Beaches and Cream looks awesome! I don't know if we'll make it there next trip but definitely in the future. Ah that ice cream looks delicious!

I know, I loved it! There were just so many of them in the area and they were all so cute!

Bahaha, yeah, I could just imagine someone going in and stomping all over those little people and their homes.

She does, thank goodness! There is no being sick in Disney allowed!!

Definitely give it a shot when you're looking for something new to try. It's amazingly delicious!

OH.

MY.

GOD.

I saw your comment last night while Matt was laying next to me in bed looking at some of my newest comments... and we both agreed that this comment is EASILY the BEST comment I've ever gotten on my TR! I mean, YOU TOOK A PHOTO ON DINOSAUR WITH A SIGN FOR ME!!! You are seriously awesome!! Haha like seriously, you made my day with this!

Like, I can't even comment on anything else because of how amazing this is. :rotfl:

Your photos are always amazing. Your lens is awesome. I wish Canon made that similar lens. BOO!

That is unfortunate about the bird pooping on you, however made for an awesome moment with the CM! He should have given you that drink for free! Lol!

Beaches and Cream is on my must do list. I have never been there!

Thank you!! That's so weird that Canon doesn't have a 35mm equivalent! What a bummer, because that lens is my go-to lens for EVERYTHING. It's a little closer than I'd prefer at times, but it does such a good job that I don't care.

Hahaha, that would have been awesome if he gave it to me for free. It was hilarious.

OMG, you definitely need to check out B&C! It's so good.

AH YAY! Thanks for coming out of lurkdom and saying hi! I seriously love when people come in and say hello! It makes my day!

Hahahaha, I'm glad you're enjoying my TR and the absurd photo. I LOVE when you get a photo like that, it's like the perfect cure for when you're having a bad day and need a laugh!

That's awesome that you found non-ugly Crocs! Mine are pretty ridiculous but I honestly enjoyed them for the mostpart. I think I will bring them again for our next trip for sure! I love that you have embraced the Crocs though, glitter and leopard and all!
:thumbsup2

Beaches 'n Cream is the best! No Way Jose is a must! For us though, its always vanilla Coke! :thumbsup2

PTR update tiiiime!

Hey friends! So as promised, I'm throwing in an occasional PTR update for our upcoming trips to both Disney World and Disneyland!

As some of you know, I usually do a PTR for our trips, but because I am writing this TR, PLUS I know the next few months are going to fly by and I won't have a ton of time to write, I'm going to keep everything contained in one thread.

There will be less details I think for this upcoming trip, because then it will make everything even more of a surprise when we're back and I'm telling you guys all about it! :)

Anyway, for our Disneyland trip... Matt called DVC's Member Services yesterday and made room requests for us at the Grand Californian!

After someone recommended to us that we look at room photos and to make a room request (and I WANT to give this person a shout out but I can't seem to find the darn comment), I looked in a thread that has photos of the views. HOLY CANOLI some of themliterally look right over World of Color! It's unreal. So yeah, Matt called in yesterday and we made the request to have a view of World of Color.

Of course, there's no guarantee on getting a view, but I can always hope! Honestly though, the fact that we get to stay there at all is more than enough for me, so consider me extremely happy!

For our Disney World trip, we just bought our Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party tickets!! I am SO SO SO excited to go to MNSSHP, since we've never been. I've been reading Lia's (__disneygirl) updates of her party experiences, and it's just getting me BEYOND excited to go! Well, I skipped the parts about the Boo to You Parade and HalloWishes because I want to be totally surprised about both of them, but yeah. SUPER EXCITED!

I do have my costume picked out, as does Matt, however, I'm not telling anyone what I'm going as.

I will say that it's going to be awesome and I would be shocked if anyone has ever gone as what I'm going as. It's going to require some crafting on my part, but if I can pull it off, it will be epic. And it IS Disney-related. That's all I will say! I won't reveal it until we are actually on our trip at the party, haha.

I also am planning on attending a Vinylmation trading event being held on September 15th in Epcot. There is a HUGE trading event that weekend for pins and Vinylmation, but Sunday is the Vinylmation day. As some of you know, I'm a huge Vinylmation collector, so going to this is a big deal for me. I'm hoping to come away with some fantastic new Vinylmation and to make some great trades, as well.

Matt won't be going with me since he's not into Vinylmation, so it'll be a little intimidating going by myself. However, there are a LOT of super nice people that will be there, so hopefully it won't be too bad. Tickets should be going on sale here this week, so I can't wait to go to my first event!

Aside from that, everything else is booked! Flights are all set, though I'm always looking for the fare to drop down and get a little refund on our tickets.

We are not doing the Dining Plan this trip because we want less ADRs and more FREEEEDOM! Well, we're still doing 4 ADRs, but yeah. Not very many, so we can just eat whatever the heck we feel like and not have to worry about Dining Plan credits. It's going to definitely be interesting since this is our first trip together not doing the DDP! But don't worry, there will still be a LOT of fabulous food photos, maybe even MORE than normal since we'll probably be eating lots more snacks and fun things than normal.

At some point I'll probably get into some of our plans, but honestly, this trip is more about being laid back and really enjoying ourselves, with a few fun things thrown in there.

Pairing this up with a new TR update, so keep on reading below! :)

Chapter Thirty: HATERS GONNA HATE, lady.
Day 5: January 21st, 2013

After leaving Beaches and Cream, we slowly walked our way over to the boat dock. It was absolutely beautiful out that night.

file_zps89e31390.jpg

file_zps166b02eb.jpg

file_zpsf80c50f0.jpg

Not sure if we just missed a boat, but we were in too much of a rush or anything, so we sat down on a bench while we waited for a Friendship boat to come pick us up!

file_zps0b7a81a4.jpg

Matt was clearly into checking something out on his iPhone... perhaps instagram?!

file_zpscb1df359.jpg

I know I've said it like 50 times, but the Boardwalk area is SO GORGEOUS AT NIGHT. I love how the lights hit the water. It's so amazing.

file_zps9b0a5366.jpg

I'm telling you, even if you're not staying in the Boardwalk Area, if you can fit in a trip to that area for dinner (perhaps Beaches and Cream or Cape May), then plan to spend the night at HS, you will not be disappointed!

We somehow managed to take this selfie with my nice camera, and it didn't come out horrible or make us look like weird blobs. YAY US! That swivel screen on my D5100 helped, hahaha.

file_zps8eb2351d.jpg

Our Friendship boat picked us up and brought us on over to Hollywood Studios! We got to the park at around 7:30, and there were just SWARMS of people leaving the park. It was kind of crazy! Matt had to run to the bathroom, so I stopped for some photos. I love how the parks look all lit up at night.

file_zps2bbdbf4e.jpg

file_zps95126902.jpg

file_zpsfe9d1ca6.jpg

We wanted to kind of escape the crowds a bit, so we ducked into some shops to look around.

Both Matt and I had discussed each getting a really nice gift to bring home from this trip... Matt wanted to get a nice watch, and I was considering buy a Dooney. For Christmas, Bruce and Amy had given me an adorable Dooney wristlet (the black one with the Mickey balloons all over it). I LOVE that thing. It's so perfect. Of course, this got me kind of hooked on Dooneys, ugh.

So we shopped around, Matt tried on a hoodie, but ended up not buying it.

file_zps6a31b592.jpg

Matt had spotted a few days earlier a watch that he REALLY liked, but wanted to make sure it was THE one. He's very thorough in his searching for the perfect watch! They still had the one he really wanted, so after some encouragement on my end, he decided to buy it!

file_zpse6be9c94.jpg

At the same time, I was on the fence about buying a Dooney and couldn't decide on which one I liked. Matt and I were looking at the letter carrier ones... The one that are kind of like a cross-body. Anyway, when I spotted the Haunted Mansion on it, I knew I had to have it.

file_zps174e3ec1.jpg

file_zps243d69cf.jpg

Dooneys are all attached to their little hangers with security tags, so I had to ask for help in getting mine. When we went to the register to pay, the CM checking us out was kind of a sour person who I would NOT expect to work in Disney.

In total, our purchases were pretty expensive, and she definitely gave us a look as if we couldn't afford it or something. In fact, she even made some snide remark about my bag and it being a big purchase. She kind of made another remark when we used our Premier Annual Passports to get our discount, too.

This really rubbed me the wrong way. Just because I'm not decked out in some absurdly expensive outfit and prefer to rock my Disney t-shirts doesn't mean I can't afford this purchase. Matt and I work very hard to be able to afford our Disney trips and everything we buy. We also happen to have really fantastic jobsl that allow us to go on our trips. We have NO credit card debt, either, and always pay for our trips in cash.

So this lady judging us as if we couldn't afford it and that we were probably putting ourselves into massive debt REALLY bugged me. I don't know what her deal was but I just found it really condescending and not what I'd expect from a Disney CM.

I shook it off, because as you guys all know, my favorite saying is HATERS GONNA HATE! This lady was just hatin' on us and our awesome purchases, to I strutted my way out of the store with my awesome new Dooney bag in hand. I kind of wish I'd turned on my way out and yelled "HATERS GONNA HATE." Kind of... not that I'd ever do that or anything, hahaha.

hatersgonnahate_zps8a7e55c7.gif

Snow White knows what's up.

Anyway! We left and decided to go on The Great Movie Ride! We accidentally missed out on it during our 2012 trip, so it was much needed!

file_zps43e685ea.jpg

file_zps46659668.jpg

I LOVE the outside of GMR, as does Matt. In fact, Matt is not a fan of the huge Sorcerer's Hat because it covers this amazing area. I have to agree, because it's prettty gorgeous.

There was a posted wait of around a 10 minute wait, and it ended up being longer. But I didn't entirely mind since there was plenty to look at.

file_zps1c034479.jpg

file_zps42bf2384.jpg

We finally loaded on and away we went!

file_zps4f5de710.jpg

I put away my camera because I thought the lady basically said you couldn't take photos of any sort. But then I've seen people do it (without flash of course), soooo oh well. Next time I might take some!

I have to note, BOTH Matt and I are terrified of the Aliens scene. Like, number one, I don't like Aliens, and number two, I don't like when things pop out at me. So if you were sitting next to us during that scene, you'd see us both huddled against each other looking down, hahaha. Yeah, we're not 5 years old or anything.

After a glorious voyage (we got the Gangster scene), we decided to go on Star Tours! Both RNRC and Tower of Terror had long waits (and I was NOT getting Matt to go on ToT with me that night anyway), so Star Tours seemed to be perfect since it was only a 10 minute wait, hooray! We're both huge Star Tours fans, so that's a ride we can both agree on at all times.

file_zpsc3354524.jpg

So I have it noted that we finally got the Wookie area scene, which meant we had finally seen every scene of Star Tours. Yeeeet, I am pretty sure I mentioned this happening earlier in my TR. So I guess I lied about that happening earlier, and it really happened this night. Or maybe I'm just crazy, but either way, we had a blast riding Star Tours.

At this point, we decided to head out of the park because we knew we had to be up early the next morning. We JUST missed a Friendship boat, so we sat down on the ground and waited for another to come along.

file_zpse665c893.jpg

We were both pretty tired and delirious, so we made up a song to the tune of "Livin' it Up"... which I apparently tweeted that night:

"Livin' it up, sitting on the groooound, waitin' for a boat, wish it was here right about nooooow."

Totally normal, I know.

Our Friendship boat showed up shortly after, and we got back to our room in no time. We decided to stop by the Concierge desk to find out what time buses would start running in the morning, since we had an early ADR. They confirmed with us that we'd be fine catching a bus at 7am, which was nice since we'd planned on paying for a taxi.

We headed back to our room and just relaxed and got ready for bed. We almost decided to go for a swim with Bruce and Amy (who was feeling better, yay!) but the pool was pretty busy so we decided not to.

I talked with Rachel for a while about our day and updated my journal before going to bed. We needed to be up at 6:30 the next day, and I have to say, I was noooot really looking forward to it.. Well, the 6:30am part anyway. The rest of it sounded like fun!

I am DYING to see World of Color. Ever since they've announced it, I've been obsessed with it. And refuse to watch youtube videos of it because I want the first time I see it to be the truly first time. I did treat myself to a WoC hoodie while in Myrtle Beach though, because I was at the Disney outlet and it was on sale, and it's just so cool!! The backside is a sort of rainbow foil of WoC. It's a pretty darn awesome hoodie.

You will love MNSSHP :thumbsup2 We did it for the first time this past October, and it was amazing. My parents and I went as the Disney parks...I was Epcot, Mom was AK, and Dad was DHS. There are only 3 of us, and I figured since we were in MK we didn't really need a representation. But I loved it, and would love to do it again. Hmmmm....is that an October 2014 trip I hear calling my name? :rolleyes1 I should probably make sure Joe enjoys this trip first though. Like there's any chance he won't. We are going to DISNEY after all.

Haters gonna hate, lol!!!

Love Boardwalk at night... Can't wait to stay there! And the villains trading event! And MNSSHP! And, and, and!! All of it! Oh, and meeting you guys!

PTR update tiiiime!

Me! I'm so glad you did and hope it works out too. You'll have to let me know what rooms you get because we're going to try to check in first thing in the morning so we can leave our bags there before heading over to Knott's. I already requested certain rooms so hoping we picked right. Can't wait to hear how your rooms turn out. Oh, and if doesn't work out and you guys wasted all that time getting excited about a room you didn't get, uh, just forget it was me.

Regarding your September trip ... you will LOVE the MNSSHP. LOVE !!!

Do you have a Tables in Wonderland card ?? If you aren't on the dining plan, you can save 20% with it if you have one. You have to have an AP to get one, and I know you have a "golden ticket". LOL. myabe you can just get a discount with that instead. I dunno. But our TiW card has saved us tons of money. Just trying to be helpful. You probably already have one or know about it.

I want to go to Disneyland so bad. A room overlooking World of Color sounds amazing.

Going back to read your "Hater's Gonna Hate" post. This should be good ...

We have gotten some grumpy CM's on HS, too. DD wanted to trade vinylmations and they had a box right there on the counter and this older guy was just so rude about it. Most times they will let the little kids pick twice, but this guy was very firm about it being only ONE pick. Not kindly firm but mean-like. He was the vinyl nazi !!! I dunno.

I loved Matt's watch - VERY nice !! I loved your Dooney, too and I bet you deserve it especially after having to deal with the "hater".

So does that mean you aren't doing the dining plan at all for your Sept. trip or are you just doing the quick service version? I feel like not doing one at all would make me kind of nervous about the money.
