Finally today the points have been added to my account and I got my activation number from Member Services and I'm finally able to log in into DVC member website!!!!
My timeline:
2/7 Offer accepted
2/10 Sent documents signed
2/13 Documents sent to ROFR
3/7 ROFR passed
3/27 Closing documents received from the title company, but there was an error
3/29 Correct documents received
3/30 Documents and money wired
4/11 Closed (wiring money from abroad took a few days to be received)
4/26 Points in the system and I'm able to book
From start to finish it's been 79 days.
Fortunately I don't plan to use my points before next year, so I was not in a hurry.
I now own 65 points at SSR, December UY.
I paid $50 pp, paying closing and 2012 MF.
My broker was Fidelity.
