I'm in serious trouble!

I'm in the reverse of most of the posters. DW & I have been members since 1994 and have no children. We love sharing our Disney experience with family and friends so our smallest accomodations in all the years we have owned have been the 2br units. On the 20th I will be arriving a full day before the rest of my golfing group, so I booked an SSR studio for the night of the 20th. That will be my first studio experience in 15 years. Sould be interesting!

funny when we bought our points in July and toured the SS Villas and AKL Models I told DH I wanted a 1 BR no matter what a studio was too small (We were staying ina JR suite at BC that trip).

Our First trip is on DP at SS in April in a 1 BR and we are going to our first trip home in November in a 2BR with 6 adults and 2 kids and I kind of told DH that after this trip we aren't inviting people any more since it is turning into a drama but DH and I are already looking to add on a bit.

LOL I am the same way!! Our first visit we had a 2 bedroom (vacation with the kids), our second was just dh and I, so we booked the studio savannah...I loved the view, but I can not do a studio again....the extra space just spoils you. I love the full kitchen and washer/dryer. Just awesome!! :)

We feel the same way!! Last year, we booked 3 nights in a studio at BCV and a week in a one-bedroom at SSR. Going from the studio to the one-bedroom was amazing! My dh stated then we will never stay in a studio again!! We stayed in OKW and BCV in a one-bedroom in November for the whole trip and are staying in a one-bedroom at BCV in July!! We want to add one soon so we can take more vacations since we love one-bedrooms. I just love being able to put my kids to sleep in the pull out sofa and my dh and I closing the door to our own room with a king bed and a TV for us...and the jacuzzi tub!!

It's funny, this is the same argument many use for staying offsite - the accommodations are just larger and more family friendly than Disney's traditional resort rooms.

It's said that after experiencing life off-site they can never "go back"
I say that once you experience on-site you'll never do Disney any other way. ;)

I think my DW said much the same thing after our first stay in a 2BR at BWV. :rotfl2:

I have some advice for your husband based on my experience - "resistance is futile"!

A similar thing happened to us. My DW won't even consider the buy 4 get 3 deal because she has to have a laundry room!
