Welcome back and glad you had a good time, despite the arctic weather conditions lol. Kyra was really brave going on ToT :scared1: . Look forward to your TR.

You will just have to go back again to watch fantillusion.....:rotfl:

good for u on the queue jumpers, things like that annoy me too - but it is easier to 'block' when theres 2 of u - so well done on that (and for getting cheered!!!)

glad to hear u did enjoy it, lookin forward to lovely pics, and details all about the pink palace!!!!!!!!!!

Welcome back emma!:)
I'm really interested what was the problem with Annette's and DLH.

Glad you are back safely - we too had a pretty awful meal in Annettes which was disappointing, especially as I was the one telling everyone how highly it was recommended! On saying that though, the one we had in Cafe Mickey on Tuesday night wasn't great either.

Welcome back.
The last time i went to to DLP i thought that the people seemed to get ruder with each visit.
I cannot believe Kyra went on TOT my son is trying that on his next visit and he is 9!!!!
Look forward to seeing your trippie. I wonder how long it will take youi to get to 11,000 posts:rotfl:

Welcome back, Emma. Good for you for standing up to the queue jumpers.:thumbsup2

Someone has too :lmao:

People moan about queue jumpers but are inclined to say anthing, well you dont get past me without a fight :rotfl2:

:lmao:
How tall are you again? I think you're about my height 5ft 2"? :lmao: You must be pretty scary if the queue jumpers didn't dare go past you. Did you say anything or just block them?

Oh i told them too right, they jumped over the rope to get in the FP queue for BTM then realised the line was longer that side then tried to pass back down the queue to get back in front of me, so when the lady motioned for me to move i told her no and that is what you get for trying to jump the queue, then everyone cheered :rotfl2: not sure what she said but i doubt it was anything helpful :lmao:

This was the view from my room.

Good for you! I'm going to stand my ground too - you have inspired me. I'm sure I have read somewhere that queue jumpers risk being ejected from the park. I think they should be kicked out! Nobody wants to queue, but you have to!

I want your room at the DLH. What a great view. I emailed to ask for a room with a 'nice view' and they emailed back, saying that they had allocated me 'a very nice room' but that none of the rooms had a view of the theme park. It's probably just a standard reply, but it was nice to get a reply!

When I checked in the lovely guy at reception kept saying i had a lovely room and he wasnt wrong. I only wanted a garden view but got a lovely view on WDS aswell.

Queue jumpers get away with jumping the queue because people let them get away with it, I don't have mug tattoed across my head lol. Some parent kept letting her kid hit Kyra's buggy while waiting for Enchanted Candleabration untill i grabbed the childs hand (it was on Kyras buggy) and shouted at him to remove his hand and stop it, not sure he understood but the mother apologised, then i had to tell her child to move its big head out the way so Kyra could see, might sound harsh but we had been waiting a lot longer then them in the cold. If you want a decent view arrive early.

I'll get off my soap box now :lmao:

I'm right behind you. So often I bite my tongue and hold back - and then I regret it. I would never let my children behave like that, so why put up with it from other people's kids? We were watching a show and a grown woman came and stood in front of Jess. I took her hand and walked right in front of the woman and said, 'There now you can see without any grown ups pushing in front'. GGGGRRRR!

I have also allowed strangers' kids to sit at the front of shows with my kids. I often ask parents if their kids want to squeeze next to mine. I don't mind, as long as they don't push in front or obscure their view.

I had to laugh at Cafe Mickey, as Prince John was coming over to see Kyra, the child on the table next to us tried to push Kyra out the way and suddenly Prince John swiped him away, i couldnt help but laugh :rotfl: If my child can excitedly wait her turn why cant others.

This happened alot actually, from what i saw of the characters they was making peope wait there turn nicely and ones that pushed in the characters pushed away.
