The recipe calls for onions, garlic, peppers, tomatoes and cheese to include the chicken - would it still taste good if we left out the peppers?

It should. Peppers are pretty mild though, at least green ones are. Good luck!:)

Or you could try sauteing all the veggies, (including the peppers) first and then remove the peppers when you assemble the quesas. That way you get the flavor of the peppers without the texture and pungency. I do this with my fajitas. I tried them without the peppers and they just weren't as good. Those of us who like the peppers eat them and the rest just don't put them in the wraps. Good luck! Sounds yummy!

Keep the Faith!

We have found that the red bell peppers (or better yet the orange) appeal to our kids more than the green. I'm not able to tolerate the green ones myself, but really enjoy the red ones.

DD still doesn't care for them but doesn't object when I put them in - she just pulls them out - if I use the red.

There is a difference in taste w/o peppers, but if you don't like them I'd think it would appeal more if you just skip them.

I always skip the onions as they make me break out in hives - to touch or eat. No, it's not the same...but we still enjoy our food. ;)
