Anyone ever read the oh-so hilarious joke list entitled 20 Ways to Maintain a Healthy Level of Sanity? Well I sure have and one of my favorites is '#10 Order a diet water whenever you go to eat, with a serious face.'
Its actually pretty necessary that you google this list now- it's hilarious. My other two favorites:
#1 At lunch time, sit in your parked car with sunglasses on and point a hair dryer at passing cars. See if they slow down.
#19 Tell your children over dinner, Due to the economy, we are going to have to let one of you go.
OK Dayna, stop messing around. Youre not here to reiterate other peoples jokes!
Welcome to Daynas VERY FIRST Dining Review entitled Im Going to Need a Diet Water because once this is over Im going to gain 15 pounds and Im going to need to drink only diet waters haha. Were leaving Sunday night at 10 PM arriving on Monday morning and will be there for TWO WEEKS! Sept 15-29.
Well, I wish I could post pictures of the cast. I WILL! Eventually. I dont have any quite yet but I have 12GB of picture taking awaiting WDW 08 so I am sure I can squeeze in a few.
Whos going?
Me! Of course, or I wouldnt be writing this. Im Dayna- newly 21, its a good thing Im going during the first three days of the Food and Wine Festival. Im someone who has just VERY recently decided to abandon my picky eating ways, I was VERY PICKY. Im going to try a lot of new things while in the World, but still not going to eat two things: shrimp and mushrooms.
My mom- Lynn. My mom is celebrating a birthday while at Disney World, just like last year so definitely expect a birthday cake picture post and review very early on as its being made for our 1st ADR day at Disney- the Garden View Tea Room.
Where are we eating?
ADRs as of now include:
Garden View Tea Room
Kona Café- dinner
Yachtsman Steakhouse
Coral Reef- dinner
Kona Café- breakfast
Artist Point
Jiko
Les Chefs de France- dinner
Le Cellier- dinner
California Grill
Narcoossees
Were ON THE FREE DDP!
So of course we have a ton of Counter Service restaurants to eat at, and although these are never permanent until we actually go, planned restaurants include:
Pinocchio Village Haus
Flame Tree BBQ
Wolfgang Puck Express
Earl of Sandwich
Tangierine Café
Caseys Corners
Cosmic Rays Starlight Café
Sunshine Seasons
Cantina de San Angel
And of course, the many delectable foods and drinks of the Food & Wine Festival!
I cannot wait until we leave!
