I'm freakin' out here!!

OK so I made up a whole lovely spreadsheet with what parks on what days, along with all my ADR times and confirmation #'s. Of course now I can't find it ANYWHERE and I think DBF may have thrown it out by accident. I can figure out what parks we were going to go to on which days, but I'm totally at a loss for the ADR times and conf #'s. What do I do?!

Don't panic!

Call 407-WDW-DINE and see if a CM can help you track down your reservations. Post what happens on this thread and we'll go from there. Have you gone to the search feature on your computer to find your spreadsheet?

It will all work out

Thank you, I made it on er.. construction paper with colored pencils and stickers. I'm 27 but at the time I saw nothing wrong with it. I will try calling them, I really hope the CM doesn't hate me for this...

Without your reservation numbers CM cant help. There has been something wrong with the disneyworld site and i cant access my ressies without the conf # and ive called them and they cant access them without the same number i can use online. Theres some i needed to cancel but have no clue where or when and without the number theres not much i can do.

Did you make your ADRs online or on the phone? If you did them online I think there are several ways to check if you registered and made them all under the same name and same telephone number.

If you made them on the phone and can recall what restaurants you booked on which days and the approximate times an experienced CM should be able to help you.

I wish you the best in retrieving all the information. And if you do, this time put it on the computer for sure.

PS I just re-read your original post. I know that when we stayed on property as you will be doing (at CSR) we could go to the concierge after checking in and they were able to print out a copy of all of our ADRs. So I would guess there must be some way for you to obtain this information before you arrive down there.

yaaaaayyyy!!! I just spoke to a wonderful CM named Diane who helped me immensely. I just gave her my name and zip code, and she recited all 7 of my ressies, with times and conf #'s!

Thank you Kathy! The CM did tell me the same thing, that if I somehow lose my confirmation #'s again, I can go to the front desk of CSR and they will provide them. Thank you!
