LOL, you can also ask your vet or other vets in the area for any pet sitters they know of. Since your vet boards, they may not take cards for other sitters, other vets might tho.

Great idea! I'll ask my co workers where they take their pets.

If I had the desire to do it, I'd start a doggy day care in my area. We're really in need of one.

I used my vet every time I needed to board our beagle. Baxter loved it. He would get so excited when we pulled in the parking lot, he couldn't wait to get out of the truck. He would pull us into the building. They spoiled him rotten. As soon as we would walk in the girls would start talking to him. Don't worry your pooch will be fine. Make sure they have your cell # in case they have questions while your away.
