How did you not look at any pictures of New Fantasy Land before the end of May?! I was all over it as it was being built anytime some little new thing went up. Total props to you for keeping it a surprise.

MK is always a first park must for us on any trip, and as soon as we hit the contemporary and you get that tiny first glimpse I start with the waterworks too! It's just such a happy moment it is so hard to keep it all in. I get ya Marissa; you are not alone!

The mine train is coming along so quickly, I can't wait to ride it!

I don't think I have ever been more excited to go pee somewhere before! I am counting the days until I get to go there and just bask in the glory that is Tangled.

Oh no! Fingers crossed that the Little Mermaid opened up before you left for the day, that is not a magical Disney start to everything.

that is so sad that the mermaid was down for you! I had a similar experience with another ride, but you'll have to read my upcoming tr to find out about it!

I did not use the tangled bathrooms! I stood there and I took pictures but I never went inside! oops. I think my 6 yr old went in with my husband though, I bet they don't remember a thing!

I absolutely loved the tangled bathrooms! I think my brother and husband thought I was crazy for being excited about bathrooms lol. I love that area so much. Only Disney could make public restrooms fun!

Oooooh no that stinks LM was down I'm so glad they removed the barrier between fantasyland and storybook circus. I was wondering about that.

OMG I am so excited for those Tangled bathrooms. LIKE OMG. Tangled is so amazing and incredible and my favorite and I just love it SO MUCH. AND PASCAL IS MY FAVORITE EVER EVER EVER EVER!!! Love him so much. I only have two stuffed animals that are MINE and not "mine-but-they-stay-in-Landon's-room" and Pascal is one of them! (The other is Mickey in a Broncos jersey that I sleep with every night!)

So sad that the Little Mermaid was down! And OMG those crowds. I'm so scared of being trapped in a sea of people like that because I have to have this trip to make Garret fall in love with WDW too and he hates large crowds! I'm so glad they already figured out how to not make that area such a mess while you were on your trip. I know it's unavoidable to have crowds, but Disney is great at dispersing them and not packing them in like sardines!

wow - now I totally regret not going in those tangled bathrooms, although I passed them a million times in June. Oh well, something to look forward to in October.

Bummer about Mermaid being down. It's always a bummer when a ride is down just as you are ready to visit. Hate that. Boo!

Serious crowds post Memorial Day. Glad you decided on a nice nutritious Dole whip to tide you over.

I still have a few updates to catch up on, but I'm getting there.

Well, I hate that you didn't get to see LM yet...but, it is still your first day. I trust that you get to see it later on! I LOVED it so I can't wait to see what you think.

I don't think I've ever been so interested in/excited to see a restroom area in my entire life! I love that Disney can create so much buzz over bathrooms. I have loved all of the more recent animated movies. But I think Tangled is the prettiest. The lanterns are just gorgeous! I have heard the Pascals are difficult to find. I can't wait to try!!

Wow - those crowds looks crazy! We're used to off-season crowds. Those are a little scary.

I'm glad you enjoyed your Dole Whip! I have never had the vanilla-pineapple swirl. I had the straight Dole Whip float first and I can't bring myself to order it differently. I love the juice under the pineapple soft serve. I'm a huge pineapple lover though!

Wow, the Tangled bathrooms look amazing! I can't believe they put that much thought and detail into bathrooms! I mean, I wouldn't expect any less from Disney, but still!

Ugh, sorry that the Little Mermaid was down! And that there were so many people in the way! That area down there is weird when the path to Storybook Circus isn't open, it's basically a dead end!

Yum, that pineapple dole whip looks so good right now! I usually get the citrus swirl, but the pineapple swirl looks yummy too!

Haha, the Tiki room...I like that it's a classic, but it's kind of on the annoying side!

Once you stay at BLT its hard to fight the urge to walk right back there. So nice that you went for a visit!
