I'm being silly - how do I get the designs onto T-Shirts

I must be really silly as I don't know how I get some of the designs I have had personalized onto T-Shirts.

I live in the UK and, although I have never looked ,I don't recall ever seeing transfer kits or anything.

We have a couple of shops that personalize t-shirts but can I take in my own artwork??

How do you all do them yourselves??

Having a retail shop do your shirts for you will probably not be possible if you are using Disney designs because of copyright laws.

I'm also in the UK and I got my light and dark transfers from Staples. In fact they were on offer at the time - buy one get one free! I've also seen the light transfer paper in some big ASDA supermarkets in their stationery isle.
