Okay, here's the deal......
I joined online WW on Dec16. Didn't follow it too strictly because of the holidays and all. Just kinda got the feel of things, joined WISH, researched what type of exercise routine I wanted to follow. I managed to maintain through the holidays, which was fine.
Beginning last Sunday, I became very committed to the plan. I have written down everything I eat, noted my exercise, made notes about my feelings, moods..... I have exercised 5 out of the last 7 days (officially, with FIRM tapes). The other two days I was VERY active and no couch potato. I stepped on the scale this AM (even though official weigh in day is Wed) and STILL it hasn't budged! I mean, even a lb would help encourage me!
I have always seen a big lose at the beginning of a diet, which I know is just water, but hey a lb is a lb right?! I am just so disappointed that the scale will NOT move! I mean, out of my 35 flex points (which reset on WED), I still have 27.5 left! And I am eating a lot (I've never been one who eats all day long all the time, just ususally eat the wrong things.) I eat a lot of carrots and celery because they are zero points. Why won't that scale go DOWN!!!!!!
I am gonna stick with this, it has to go down, right??? RIGHT???? I am beginning to worry!

) but it will pass. It may last a few days, maybe a few weeks like me, but it will pass--I PROMISE! Keep up the great work you're doing!
I know that it's frustrating, and can be so depressing. It's very hard to say, "it's just a number, and I know that I'm doing great", but that's what you really need to do right now. I personally would lock the scales in the attic, keep up with your WW and exercise, and pull the scales out after 4 weeks.
Hi, Sharon.

) Been shooting for 100 oz. per day (since I would typically drink about 64oz per day).
